Reduce maintenance costs by using HTML/CSS. The way this works is:

• Update only the CSS style sheets, rather than the entire system to add new features, add new templates or new customization as trends, software, or technology changes.

• Give the system a facelift without re-structuring the entire backend.

• After testing a variety of our current templates, we get a range of 26 – 75 errors when attempting to validate current code.

• Current readability on the site isn’t the most optimized due to font choices and sizes.

• Existing templates are not optimized for newer tablet technology or mobile browsers.

Microsoft Tag technology could be introduced to the BPP pages to bring a new improved mobile element. It is a FREE service and they offer services for 3rd parties like Marchex to quickly and easily use their service.

A user scans the tag, and the BPP page would display on their phone. This would enable the user to have access to the coupons, maps, hours and even a click to call feature on the go.

Tag also offers analytics that we could incorporate into our service to provide an even more rounded service.
