TISD Background

TISD is public school district comprising 5 high schools, 18 intermediate schools, and 34 elementary schools.

TISD is funded by the state of Texas via district property taxes collected from home owners.

The substitute department is the main manager of the system.

Introduction

This Project has been Initiated to provide substitute employees as teachers for Texas Independent School District(TISD).

The web based system will allow online access for both the teacher and the substitute employee to do the respective processing.

SEMS (Substitute & Employee Management System) is already in place, but needs more functionality.
