2.5 6 vacant lots turned into community managed open space. Three parcels should be included in the urban land trust
Ongoing Joint effort between Botanic Garden, SCDC and local block clubs
One lot entered into the land trust, clarity and a deadline to have the second project included in the land trust and an action plan for a potentially new site at Madison and California
4.2 Transit Oriented Development at Main and Broadway
Ongoing Private developers, Department of Planning and Development and Alderman
Project design completed and presented to community for approval
1.1 Strengthen the Neighborhood Development Council
New SCDC staff, paid consultant and volunteers
Organizational development consultant retainedCommunity assembly held with all block clubs participating

New Pretty Good Social Service Agency, Super CDC, other members of the housing committee
3 renter workshops completed, one homeownership series completed One workshop for new homeowners completed. 10 new members at monthly housing committee meetings
4.4 New Best HS New Super CDC, members of the education committee, local contractors
Eight local MBE/WBE sub-contractors submit bids to competing GCs and four local MBE/WBEs are part of the winning bids
