MEASURING RISK…
WHAT TO DO WHEN RISK IS IDENTIFIED?
Assess the at risk behavior or condition
Use Stop Work Authority at the appropriate time
Start a constructive safety dialogue
Correct (control) the at risk condition or behavior
Involve the appropriate Supervisor, when needed
Document how the observation was controlled on the Safety Observation Card
Submit the completed card to your Supervisor or when available enter via iPad or desktop
