He is an accomplished artist with a passion for teaching. He is an award-winning artist and the recipient of the Cultural Council of Cortland County’s 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award. David lives and paints in Cortland, NY and has a unique and fascinating specialty in portrait painting.

color to develop your skill in watercolor
