– Toshiba UK today announces the launch of the QosmioLondon, UK, 4th June 2013

PX30t, an all-in-one solution that combines a touchscreen PC, digital TV, Blu-ray™ player1

and a range of powerful multimedia features in a compact and stylish Full HD screen. Ideal

for families, small bedrooms or home offices, the Qosmio PX30t is an elegant device suited

to a wide range of uses in a single unit.

This new all-in-one space saving solution merges the features of the new Windows 8

operating system, for advanced computing with the functionality of a TV. The 58.4cm (23”)

Full HD screen doubles as a TV, with an integrated Freeview digital tuner , and fast2

response times that eliminate motion blur when watching fast moving images, for a crisper,

more detailed picture.

An optional HDMI -out port supports the output of Ultra HD content to a UHD TV ,® 3

allowing many PC games, websites, high-resolution pictures and videos to be enjoyed in full

4K resolution on a bigger screen. In addition, the Qosmio PX30t comes with either an

integrated side-loading Blu-ray or DVD drive – perfect for enjoying the latest films without™

requiring an additional player.

Available with the latest 4th generation Intel Core processors, capable of handling®

power-hungry applications and multitasking with ease, the Qosmio PX30t houses a reliable

home computing system without taking up the space usually required for a desktop PC

tower. With up to 3TB of storage space on board, the Qosmio PX30t also provides incredible

storage capacity – ample room for saving hours of HD video, music, photos or documents.

Four cutting-edge harman/kardon stereo speakers, employing a unique (5W+5W) x2 =®

20W output tuned with DTS Studio Sound™ deliver immersive surround sound, remarkable

bass, intelligent volume levelling and dialogue enhancement. Providing additional

convenience for space-saving users, the Qosmio PX30t also doubles as a monitor when the

device is switched off, allowing devices to connect to the screen via a HDMI -in port –®

enabling console gaming or high-quality music streaming with superb sound reproduction.

Packed with one the most up-to-date connectivity features, including Wi-Fi Certified

Miracast™and Intel Wi-Di - allowing users to seamlessly transfer multimedia stored content®

to a compatible TV set, without the need for wires, so content can be enjoyed on an even

bigger screen with friends and family. In addition the Qosmio PX30t comes with Wi-Fi

a/b/g/n, ensuring the fastest wireless internet speeds are possible.

Take control of your PC – with gesture or touch capabilities

Users can take advantage of Toshiba’s Gesture Controller, which provides intuitive control of

the user interface with simple and natural hand gestures without touching the screen.

Optional 10-point touchscreen control also gives users a convenient input method, ideal for

playing compatible games, scrolling through photograph collections or simply moving

desktop objects.

Sporting a sleek, slimline new design in line with the rest of the 2013 PC range, the Qosmio

PX30t uses distinctive rounded edges and a bold illuminated power button to accent its

PX30t is paired with a premium keyboard and mouse.
