1 Press Release TVB and Astro jointly present: “Wellness On The Go” Sharon Chan arrived at Malaysia to share health message (Hong Kong –20 August 2013) Collaborated by both TVB and Astro, the health programme show, Wellness On The Go, have invited TVB red-hot artistes to be the health representatives to deliver health messages. Following TVB artiste Ruco Chan having shot the 2 nd episode of the series, Sharon Chan attended the on-ground event to promote the programme and conducted the shooting of the 3 rd episode “The Three Highs (1)” at Penang in Malaysia from 18 to 20 August. TVB red-hot star Sharon Chan attended the promotional activity at Penang Botanic Garden, where was already overcrowded with health-lovers. She shared the methods of keeping fit with the audiences. She and instructor led all the participants to enjoy the healthy dance zumba as to exercise their muscles and refresh themselves! Later professional doctor panel delivered a presentation on the issue of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar and diabetes. He and Sharon suggested healthy methods on preventing these diseases as well. To shoot Wellness On The Go, Sharon Chan arrived at Tropical Spice Garden. She was overwhelmed with excitement when seeing the diversified and colourful spices in the garden. She further introduced audiences to spices that help preventing the three highs! In addition, she arrived at Tanjong Bungah Market to purchase fresh and delicious healthy ingredients to cook several healthy dishes including high fibre mixed fruit juice. Her excellent cooking skills had paid off and stunning dishes would certainly lure the audiences to taste! The promotional activity and the shooting of the 3 rd episode had drawn to a harmonious close. Artiste Sharon Chan was glad to have a deeper understanding towards high blood pressure and diabetes. She was happy to spread health messages through the programme and have the chance to introduce several healthy dishes to the Malaysian audiences. The visit to Tropical Spice Garden had further broadened her horizon! This episode (the 3 rd episode) of Wellness On The Go – “The Three Highs (1)” shot at Penang will be aired on 16 September.
