A gain, the changes to the OCR and the LVR both having their effect on borrowing ability of buyers, there still seems to be a slight sense of urgency at present with

buyers wanting to get in and secure their next home while they can still do so. In this issue I have a number of beautiful new listings. Some in Lifestyle and some in Residential. Showcasing even more stunning properties that are new to the market. Have a look, and if anything catches your eye, please click on the link and I’ll email you a copy of our comprehen-sive Property Information Memorandum (PIM). The flurry of activity has seen me almost run out of homes to sell. So if you are thinking of selling, or know someone who is thinking of selling soon, please get in touch with me. Whist this issue contains listing from our entire office, my listings get the special full page spread treatment. It’s just a little something more, I do for my clients properties. Come in Major Tom, can you hear me Major Tom? Boldly go where no man has gone before…either off to your own landing-pad somewhere else on Planet Earth in this uber-cool-limited-edition-70’s-retro-rocket, or stay here on this magic bay-side section in a new home that’ll take you to infinity and beyond. This amazing Nelson landmark is about to go…..anywhere. Trekkies the world-over will come for ‘The Spaceship’. New-home build-ers will come for the section. This Scandinavian designed ‘Futuro House’ spaceship (go ahead and google it) landed in Nelson immediately after the 1974 Christchurch Commonwealth Games. Earthlings have enjoyed family holidays, sunny memories and life as Lotus Eaters here above the Haven ever since. The section is a beauty. Positioned directly on The Cut it is quiet, sun-soaked, discreet, and easily accessed. But now it’s time for a new mission and new adventures. Auction in 20 days. For more details click here
