Raja Ampat Marine Park is one of the most pristine seas of the world and we would like to keep it that way. The money from the entry permit are directed to the operational costs of Raja Ampat’s five Marine Protected Areas such as patrols, administration and to community conservation and development programs.

Medically fit to dive: If you are aware of, or suspect any medical condiions that may affect your health and ability to dive, you agree to be examined by a medical doctor prior to arrival and provide us with a copy of the medical cerificaionthat you are fit to dive.

DiveDive sites: We aim to plan an exciing iinerary of sites for diving and snorkelling. The sites on the iinerary are the decision of Biodiversity Resort managers based on several criteria including weather, idal condiions, divers experience, apparent health and the interests of the majority of guests. We aim to accommodate all guests requests but we do not guarantee the inclusion of specific sites in the iinerary. Some sites may not be appropriate for some divers.

FuelFuel surcharge: The majority of the best diving spots in Raja Ampat is located within 15km from the Resort, these are the dive sites that we include in the diving package. We also offer special day trips to further away dive sites, we charge extra supplement for fuel. Our current fuel surcharges are for The Passage, Fam Islands, Manta Sandy, around Gam Trip.

EquipmentEquipment rental: We have a limited supply of dive equipment for rent so if you need to hire gear please let us know exactly what you need in advance with sizes required. We do not guarantee to have all sizes available, paricularly if the request is not made well in advance of arrival. The guest is responsible for equipment when in use and any equipment loss or damage may be charged up to 350 EURO per item.

Payment:Payment: We require a minimum of 25% of the full Invoice amount to confirm your booking. The balance of the invoice has to be received by us at least 45 days prior to the arrival of the guests. The invoice amount has to be paid in full, net of all transfer costs and bank charges. For bookings within 45 days of arrival please pay the full amount.We accept the following payments for all extra charges on departure:1. Cash – we accept Euros, US$ as well as Rupiah.2.2. Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards. We charge 4% for this service and we will need to exchange the amount from EURO to IDR.

Cancellaaon and refund policy:• More than 45 days: deposits/payments will be refunded less 20% admin charge• Less than 45 days in advance: no refund • No show: no refund*All cancellaions must be received in wriing.

She will make sure that everything is in order for your arrival and stay in the Resort. Please note that if you fail to inform us in any flight delay/cancelaion that would affect your pick up by Biodiveristy it could be an extra fee.

MarineMarine Park entrance Fee: All guests (diver and non-diver) who visit Raja Ampat need to pay an addiional Naional Park Entrance Fee of IDR 1,000,000/pax. This Marine Park Tag is valid for one calendar year. Payable in the Resort upon arrival. Please note that the Naional Park Entry Fee might change without prior noice and therefore we will be obliged to charge and collect the new amountand/or the difference upon arrival.

Refund of pre-paid diving packages:• Accommodaion, Dive packages, or any other pre-paid bookings are non-transferable and • Accommodaion, Dive packages, or any other pre-paid bookings are non-transferable and non- refundable.• No refunds will be issued for unused or parially used pre-booked dive packages including but not limited to illness, ear problems, ired, lost luggage, plane delays or customer cancellaion.

"Travel"Travel Insurance: Biodiversity Nature Resort is not responsible for any situaion beyond our control including but not limited to cancellaion or rescheduled flights or ferry, weather condiions, natural disasters, illness... Therefore we recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid unforeseen circumstances. Biodiversity Resort is not liable for any travel or medical related costs.

DivingDiving insurance: Our diving center operates in accordance with the highest level of safety to the guest. Due to our remote locaion, it is mandatory that all divers have a Diving Insurance which covers emergency evacuaion. If you fail to have one upon check-in you can purchase our DAN shorterm insurance: 10 days 35 EUR or 30 days 40 EUR. A regular travel insurance usually doesn´t cover diving and/or emergency evacuaion for diving related incidents.

SafeSafe diving pracaces: Divers agree to adhere to established safe diving pracices at all imes. Including No Decompression Limits and the limits of cerificaion and training. For safety reasons all divers who haven´t dive for more than one year and a half must complete a scuba review (supplement 40 EUR).
