Single-walled turbo chimney systemsThe KOMIN-MAX TURBO I single-wall chimney systems are designed for flue gas discharge from boilers and stoves with a closed combustion chamber, and from condensing boilers The KOMIN-MAX TURBO II double-wall chimney systems are designed for flue gas discharge from devices with a closed combustion chamber and, at the same time, for air supply using a concentric sys-tem Both systems operate under overpressure, which means that all connections in the flue gas system components feature sil-icone gaskets The gaskets are designed to maintain adequate overpressure and prevent any potential condensate leaks It is very important for the chimney system to be assembled in such a way that the condensate runs down freely, rather than settle, for example, on the gaskets An air-tight combustion chamber makes it possible to install a boiler in virtually any room

Single-walled turbo chimney systems – insulatedThe insulated TURBO I chimney sys-tems are designed for evacuating exhaust gases from boilers containing closed combustion and condensation chambers They operate as independent external chimneys, which are most often mounted to walls of a building They are composed of the following ele-ments: an internal exhaust pipe, mineral wool insulation, and an outer jacket This is a system operating in overpressure As a result, all connections are sealed with silicone gaskets designed to maintain the correct operating overpressure and prevent condensate leaks The insulation prevents the chimney from cooling down, which improves its performance The insulated TURBO II chimney sys-tems are designed for evacuating exhaust gases from devices containing a closed combustion chamber and from conden-sation units, at the same time, for air sup-ply using a concentric system They are insulated and feature an additional outer jacket

The KOMIN-MAX single-walled chim-ney systems are made of acid-proof steel sheets and designed for evacuating exhaust gases from gas-fired or oil-fired equipment The KOMIN-MAX chimney liner is used in ceramic chimney pipes installed in new buildings, as well as for repairing old chimneys Components are produced in the diameter range from DN80 to DN400 Individual components of the acid-proof chimney liner of the same diameter are combined into a chimney set, using suit-ably prepared sockets, allowing free ther-mal expansion of the liner The advantage of the product is fast and easy installation and a smooth surface of the wall, which translates into lower air resistance and re-duces the deposition of soot The single-wall acid-proof chimney sys-tem is available in the round and oval ver-sions

KOMIN-MAX DUO double-wall chimney systems made of acid-proof steel sheet are designed for exhausting flue gases from gas-fired or oil-fired devices as free-standing chimneys The external chimney is particularly exposed to temperature differences, so the use of insulation prevents chimney draft disturbances They are manufactured in a standard diameter range of DN100 / 160 to DN500 / 600 The system is comprised of the following components: • an internal exhaust pipe

• mineral wool insulation • an outer jacket

The elements are connected by plasma-arc welding Argon used in this process excludes the possibility of steel oxidation, which allows for very good tightness and surface smoothness The system may operate at temperatures up to 450°C and is resistant to soot fire The external jacket and other components can be made of oth-er corrosion-resistant materials Thermal insulation is made of non-flammable mineral wool resistant to continuous impact of temperatures up to 700 de-grees C

The KOMIN-MAX ŻARO single-walled chim-ney systems are made of heat-resistant steel sheets, while the KOMIN-MAX MAT chimney systems are designed for evacuating exhaust gases from wood-fired equipment or devices using environmentally friendly solid fuels The KOMIN-MAX ŻARO chimney liner is used for ceramic chimney pipes in new buildings, as well as for repairing old chimneys They are manufactured in a diameter range from DN100 to DN300 Individual compo-nents of the acid-proof chimney liner of the same diameter are combined into a chimney set by suitably prepared sockets, allowing free thermal expansion of the liner

The KOMIN-MAX ŻARO OWAL single-walled chimney systems are made of heat-resistant steel sheets and designed for evacuating ex-haust gases from wood-fired equipment or de-vices using ecological solid fuels The KOMIN-MAX ŻARO OWAL chimney liner is used for ceramic chimney pipes in new build-ings, as well as for repairing old chimneys They are manufactured in the size range from 100/200 - 140/250 Individual components of the heat-resistant chimney liner are combined into a chimney set, using suitably prepared socket ends, which allow for free thermal expansion of the liner The system is available in the round or oval ver-sion

The KOMIN-MAX DUO ŻARO chim-ney systems with an inner jack-et made from heat-resistant steel sheets are designed for evacuating exhaust gases from wood-, gas-, and oil-fired equipment, or devices using ecological solid fuels, such as standalone chimneys They are man-ufactured in a diameter range from DN130 / 290 to DN300 / 440 The system is comprised of the fol-lowing components: • an internal exhaust pipe

Thermal insulation is made of non-flammable mineral wool resist-ant to continuous impact of temper-atures up to 700 degrees C, and it prevents cooling down the chimney, which significantly improves its op-eration
