Rich, Gorgeous ColorThe Evo33 DS has taken the industry by storm. Its rich, deep blacks and vibrant, eye-popping colors are unrivaled by any competitor. It has been achieved through our technological advances in greyscale printhead algorithms, expert profiling and advanced ink formulations.

The ink used by the Evo33 DS is formulated with a pigment load that is significantly higher than competitive ink products. This up-front pigment load allows us to build rich profiles that actually require a smaller final ink load onto the material, ultimately making the Evo33 DS one of the lowest cost of operation printers on the market.

Direct And Transfer Dye-Sublimation Printing The Evo33 DS is unique in its ability to print either direct-to-fabric or to transfer paper with water-based dye-sublimation inks. Print gorgeous, water-fast, high resolution apparel, décor, exhibits, POP and soft signage at industrial production speeds.

It is the only water-based industrial class printer that can be used for direct and transfer, dye-sublimation textile printing.

Environmentally Friendly Inks The vibrant, water-based inks used by the Evo33 DS pass all OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certifications. They are produced in an ISO 9001 facility with strict quality control and provide the lowest cost per print in the industry for an industrial dye-sub printer.

Orange And Violet InksThe Evo33 DS is available with orange and violet gamut expansion inks. Produce a much wider color gamut with higher saturation than what can be found elsewhere from competitive printers. These inks deliver color metric accuracy that some discerning customers require, especially when trying to achieve Pantone® matching.

With orange ink you can add additional warmth and smoothing to warm colors and skin tones while also seeing a deeper saturation of reds. Violet ink helps achieve consistent and accurate blues, which are notoriously difficult to perfect.

Competitors using binary drops (fixed drop size) can achieve similar quality only with light colors (Lc, Lm).
