Consumables

You have to re-deliver the yacht with full tanks of fuel and water. Outboard engine gas cartridge is charged € 15.- per charter, payable on spot at the base.

Security Insurance (Damage waiver)

Selection of optional damage waiver limits your liability to the reduced Security Deposit for damages to the boat and/or the loss of the dinghy and/or its outboard engine.

Minimum charge: 7 nights / maximum charge: 21 nights

The payment of either the Refundable Security Deposit, or the Damage Waiver, is designed to cover only one incident of a substantial nature at any one time: After a damage happens, in order to cover the risk

of a 2nd incident of damage within the same charter, the charterer shall replenish the security deposit to its initial amount. In case of loss or damage to equipment of significant value such as outboard engine or

dinghy, the charterer will have the right to an immediate replacement whilst on charter, as soon as the security deposit is replenished.

All our yachts are delivered to you with full tanks of fuel, full tank of water, 1 bottle of cooking gas in duty + 1 spare bottle.

The security insurance is mandatory in case of a skippered charter. Not available for regattas & races.

Alcoholic beverages are not included in the above rates, to be ordered separately and

payable on spot at the base.

Security Deposit To be paid at the base upon embarkation by cash or credit card (Visa and MasterCard only).

If paid by credit card the client should contact his/her bank previously and let them know

about the transaction. Should the refundable fullsecurity deposit by credit card be refused at the time of embarkation,

client will be obliged to subscribe the non refundable security insurance.

Payments 30% of the charter fee to confirm booking

Dream Yacht Charter guarantee: All our yachts are very well maintained and undergo regular technical checks. Should a technical failure happen despite our highly professional maintenance, we commit

ourselves to repair the failure in the next 4 hours following your call at the base during working hours (8 am to 5 pm). If you lose more than 4 hours (during working hours) we will compensate you one full day. If

the repair takes more than 1 day, we will provide you with a similar boat or compensate you on a pro rata basis. In case of emergency you can rely on our hotline, at any time, 7 days a week. The guarantee is

valid for technical failures affecting major & important parts of the yacht (not applicable to ancillary equipment). If restrictions to this guarantee apply in specific areas, this will be detailed during the charter check-

in in the Operator’s base

IMBARCO

Check in sabato h 18, check out sabato h 8. Rientro in porto: entro le h 18 del giorno precedente lo sbarco, con il gasolio fatto. La richiesta di check in e out in

orari differenti comporterà un sovrapprezzo. Operazioni preliminari all’imbarco, da ripetere anche al momento dello sbarco e della durata di un’ora circa, sonol’inventario e l’assistenza tecnica. È possibile effettuare lo sbarco senza check out, dietro mantenimento della cauzione, che in ogni caso sarà restituita

una settimana dopo lo sbarco, a copertura di eventuali danni occulti e multe.

DOCUMENTI

Sono necessari: copia della patente nautica e del certificato RTF, contratto di noleggio, crew list, dettagli dei voli per l’eventuale trasferimento e richiesta di

extra, da inviare all’ufficio booking entro 30 giorni dall’imbarco.

SKIPPER’S MEETING

Prima della partenza, i capi base ( Nicola, Stefania) forniscono allo skipper consigli sulla navigazione e la rotta, insieme alle previsioni meteo per il periodo di

noleggio. Durante il charter, le condizioni meteo saranno monitorate e comunicate allo skipper.

ASSICURAZIONI

Tutte le barche sono assicurate per RC (locazione e noleggio) e full risk RAS con franchigia d’importo pari alla cauzione. L’assicurazione non copre i danni alle vele, se non in seguito alla rottura dell’albero. La Società è assicurata sulla mancata consegna della barca, se gravemente danneggiata nel noleggio precedente.

In caso di regate o manifestazioni veliche, è necessario stipulare un’assicurazione integrativa. LOCAZIONI BREVI

CHECK IN-OUT

Check in Saturday 6 p.m., check out Saturday 8 a.m. Return to the base at 6 pm the day before leaving (petrol pump closes at 7 p.m.). Check in and out in a

different hour requires an extra cost. Before each boarding, and after each check-out moment, itinerary list and technical assistance are compulsory

(duration 1 h). Leaving without check out is possible, by leaving the deposit. It will be refunded after one week, if any damages or fines occur.

PAPERS

Fotocopies of navigation licence and RTF certificate, crew list, flight details and extra required have to be sent to the booking office 30 days before

boarding.

SKIPPER’S MEETING

After boarding, base managers ( Nicola, Stefania) give to skippers some notices about navigation’s areas, course and weather conditions for rental period.

BUSINESS CONDITIONS

INSURANCE

All boats are insured for RC rent without skipper and full risk RAS, with equal franchise to security. Insurance doesn’t cover sails’ damages, except later

on broken mast. The Agency is insured for boats’ nondelivery, if it has been seriously damaged during previous charter. In case of regattas, an additional

insurance is necessary.

Security Insurance (Damage waiver)Selection of optional damage waiver limits your liability to the reduced Security Deposit for damages to the boat and/or the loss of the dinghy and/or its outboard engine.











Dream Yacht Charter guarantee: All our yachts are very well maintained and undergo regular technical checks. Should a technical failure happen despite our highly professional maintenance, we commit ourselves to repair the

failure in the next 4 hours following your call at the base during working hours (8 am to 5 pm). If you lose more than 4 hours (during working hours) we will compensate you one full day. If the repair takes more than 1 day, we will

provide you with a similar boat or compensate you on a pro rata basis. In case of emergency you can rely on our hotline, at any time, 7 days a week. The guarantee is valid for technical failures affecting major & important parts of

the yacht (not applicable to ancillary equipment). If restrictions to this guarantee apply in specific areas, this will be detailed during the charter check-in in the Operator’s base



The payment of either the Refundable Security Deposit, or the Damage Waiver, is designed to cover only one incident of a substantial nature at any one time: After a damage happens, in order to cover the risk of a 2nd incident

of damage within the same charter, the charterer shall replenish the security deposit to its initial amount. In case of loss or damage to equipment of significant value such as outboard engine or dinghy, the charterer will have the

right to an immediate replacement whilst on charter, as soon as the security deposit is replenished.
