KA

STENHØJ’s industry piston compressor the KA-series is produced in at our factory in Barrit, Denmark. The KA compressor is fitted with a cast iron pump unit, which gives a longerworking life. Along with the few revolutions/min. it means a durable and reliable piston compressor.The compressor comes complete with oil level control.

Moreover, the compressor can be delivered with Star/Delta starters and semi automatic control if required.

KA-series range from 0,55 kW to 11 kW – all in 10 and 15 bar.

Silence Pack

The Silence Pack compressor from STENHØJ is a novelty within industrial- and workshop compressors.This model is equipped with our well known piston compressors, filters and dryers from the wide range of STENHØJ products. The compressor is placed in a silenced cabinet which minimizes the noise (64 DB).As the moisture in the compressed air is removed before the air reaches the air tank, the air is dry and thmakes this compressor model very suitable as preparation for breathing air.

The complete unit comes fully assembled and tested from the factory, which makes installationsimple and easy – and at the same time very cost effective.

The models we deliver comes with engine sizes in 4 kW and 7,5 kW and in 10 Bar and 15 Bar.

Espholin

STENHØJ’s reliable 30 bars starting air compressor is supplied in several models in classified and notclassified models. This model is fitted with a cast iron pump unit and runs with low numbers of revolution.

B-Line

STENHØJ’s stationary and transportable compressor series for workshops. Are available in 400V and 230V.

The B-Line range from 0,75 kW – 7,5 kW in 10 and 15 bar

The 4-22 kW Rotary Screw Compressors from STENHØJ are all based on the latest technology and thus has a robust and compact design including an easy-to-use controller which ensures a trouble free and economical operation.

S30-S250

The 30-250 kW Rotary Screw Compressor from STENHØJ are all equipped with an intelligent controller which surveys the operation. All data are shown on a clear display, such as the totalhours in load & unload and standby etc. The control board is equipped with a user-friendly menu, which can be delivered in several languages. Moreover, the possibility of remote control is at hand as the control board has this feature built in. The S-Series can be equipped with inverter on selected models.

AP04-AP22 (AirPack)

Many years of experience has been put into the development of STENHØJ's AirPack solution. The AP-series features a complete unit with built-in dryer, filters and cyclone all mounted on an air receiver. This unit is thus prepared for breathing air. This series is one of the most low noisemodels on the market, thus enabling installation in work shops.

SR45 - SR132

The SR (Speed Regulated) screw compressor models from STENHØJ are equipped with a digital controlled electrical motor. The motor runs as a direct current motor (DC), which is considerably more economical than traditional regulating by frequency inverter.

The SR compressors can adjust from 20-100% in performance and thus is very suitable for to modulate in accordance with high differences in demand from different productions.

STENHØJ can offer complete solutions for controlling and surveying severalcompressors regardless of make and type, in order to reach the optimum operation and the most energy optimal solution.

STENHØJ recognizes the importance of a total solution and therefore we can offer you optional extras for our compressors. In many cases the optional extras are very important critical components to obtain clean dry air.

The fridge dryer removes the condensed water and along with the filtration it ensures a dry and technical compressed air.

The adsorption dryer removes the condensed water in the compressor at a dew point between minus 20 to minus 70 degrees.These are suitable in the industry of food and to large demands to the quality of the compressed air.

STENHØJ offers a large number of filters for purifying purposes of the compressed air.

For correct disposal of condensate STENHØJ offer an oil/water separator in several sizes. This unit discharges the remnants of the oil from the condensate, which can be let to the water outlet/sewage.

Moreover, we can offer condensate drains in several sizes, which discharges the condensate from for instance the air receiver.

STENHØJ cyclone is mounted after the screw compressor to reduce the contents of water in thecompressed air. This happens before the connection to the fridge dryer.
