Terms & conditions
PricesPrices ex VAT in SEK and EUR. We reserve the right to make price adjustments without prior notice. We reserve the right to add a fee of 50 SEK / 5 EUR when sending a payment reminder. All orders below 10,000 SEK / 1000 EUR are charged with a handling fee of 400 SEK / 40 EUR. We disclaim any liability for typographical errors and omissions in this pricelist.
Delivery ConditionsMateus can arrange delivery for the goods, at the named place. Mateus adds the freight cost on the invoice. Overdue invoices must be settled before new delivery.
ClaimsClaims should be made within 3 working days from the delivery date to [email protected]. Products should not be returned without approval by Mateus, Customer Service. Claims will be replaced with credit. The replacementfor claimed products will be placed as a new order.
Defective productsDefected products should be reported immediately after receiving the shipments, along with a digital photo via email to: [email protected]. Products should not be returned without approval by Mateus, Customer Service. Mateus will be sending invoices via e-mail. If the customer needs an invoice by post Mateus reserves its rights to add 50 SEK / 5 EUR on the invoice.
