when sub-micron precision and productivity matter…Inductive probes come as first choice when multi-dimensions measurement of a part with high accuracy and repeatability is required within a very short time. This is reached by measuring the deviation of the part to a setting master (comparative measurement).Inductive probe applications are particularly suitable in automotive, aeronautics and precision parts industries for quality control as well as in production line for dimensional tolerance verification.The BPX interface box manages and synchronizes the probes for static and dynamic measurements and allows an instant display of the results on the TIS software with data acquisition in an csv file. Up to 64 probes can be managed by USB serialisation of several BPX interfaces. For simple configurations TESATRONIC TT allows instant display of the probe values and classifies the tolerances in coloured LEDs.
