We also have accommodation thats on the same premises as the hall & chapel so 28 of your friends and family can stay the night. This hall can seat up to 250 people without a dance floor, less than 170 people with a dance floor. We pro-vide a cash bar in the hall and also have full restroom facilities within the building. We provide tables and chairs for the hall and it can also be used for conferen-ces, camps and much more. The large floor area crea-tes much potential for whatever unique ideas youhave, you can be comfortable that the hall will bring your ideas to life.

Our ContractJust to make sure we are on the same pageOur contract is in place for your safety and our safety. We want you to have the best function or wedding possible, to allow for this we require some paperwork.

The agreement You are welcome to discuss any adjustments or an alternative with us in order us to see to your requirements.

-No alcohol whatsoever, other than the Cornerstone’s is permitted on the premises unless corkage has been charged.-Morning-Morning weddings until 14h00, afternoon weddings 24h00. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of R1000.00 per hour from your deposit.-Clients have the use of the chapel for one and a half hour.-Music may not be too loud – manager’s discretion-Breakages or damages to any of the Cornerstone’s property will be charged for. There is yearly price increase that occurs in the month of September. Cornerstone cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to client belongings or equipment while on the premises.-Your-Your booking deposit of R1000 .00 is required to confirm the reservation, a breakage deposit of R4000.00 together with a signed contract. The total amount is to be paid 7 days after the booking has been made.-Occupation of the guesthouse and/or rooms on premises will only be allowed two hours before star-ting time of the wedding.-No extra drilling ETC of walls for décor purposes may be done; any extra decorations and fancy fol-ding of serviettes are to be done by clients.-No deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation, on cancellation three months prior to the date. You will be held responsible for half of the account of the function. The full amount will be pa-yable on cancellation one month prior the function.-Your deposit will be withheld for possible damages ECT and be paid back in your bank account.
