Primary Mathematics Subject Leads This is the next level of developing lead teachers, maths leads and SLEs. The programme will comprise of five full day sessions covering: Enhancing subject knowledge Investigating the recommended methods for mastery Creating materials to test in the classroom/school Developing leadership skills and attributes to influence others Developing appropriate resources Designing in collaboration with the rest of Maths Mastery Leads, training to cascade within own school Taking collective responsibility for reaching more teachers through the work of the maths hub A requirement for acceptance onto the programme is a commitment to deliver staff training in school. 2017-18 Dates Session 1 - Tuesday 17th October 2017 Session 2 - Tuesday 28th November 2017 Session 3 - Tuesday 23rd January 2018 Session 4 - Tuesday 6th March 2018 Session 5 - Tuesday 22nd May 2018 All sessions will run 9:00am – 3:00pm at the OIE Conference Centre, Adwick, DN6 7EQ. Primary Mathematics Subject LeadsThis is the next level of developing lead teachers, maths leads and SLEs.
