About UsWe are a start-up in food domain, offering one stop solution to Corporate employees & visitors in malls for placing orders, making payment and get food ready with minimal wait and no queues.
We thoroughly understand the growing needs of employees & organizations to be more efficient with their time & that of customers in malls who do not wish to wait for food in food-courts. Keeping this in mind, we have designed the system which is fast, flexible and highly cost effective and have been making continual enhancements to it to make it more convenient for users.

7Our Payment Services Outlet Prepaid Account1. Customer will provide cash to
vendor or PrimeTray agent.2. Vendor or PrimeTray agent will
recharge customer’s prepaid account using PrimeTray POS.
3. Now customer will see “outlet prepaid account” in payment options.
4. Select “outlet prepaid account” in payment options and pay your bill using it.

OrganizationAssume there are 1000 employees in an organization. Out of those, 30% (300) have their breakfast , lunch and snacks in office canteen or food court. On an average, everyone spends 20 minutes while waiting for their meal. So in all on a daily basis total time spent on waiting is 20*300 = 6000 min i.e. 100 Hours. On an average a company pays 30 dollars to an employee for an hr. So in a way we are saving about 3000 dollars or 100 person-hours per day.

That’s where vendors face many problems in processing so many orders at a time, managing cash payments and serving orders.It also leads to cash leakage when owner or supervisor is not around and customer dissatisfaction when he/she has to wait too long.With Vendor POS the outlet owner can also keep track of order processing efficiency & cash management.

vendors can update their menu if their was change in availability of any item.
2. Currently we are providing vendors with tablets so that they need not check their phone again and again for orders.
3. We provided vendors with one touch notification functionality so that they can send sms/notification to customers once their order was ready.
