Objective: Vendor or Suppliers affect the quality of products. It is

manufacturer's responsibility to ensure that the production process of their

products meet appropriate quality standards and regulations. Especially

with new vendors/suppliers there is a potential risk they might fail to provide

the required quality. Furthermore, vendors / suppliers are often far from the

buyer's site. Therefore, an independent and highly qualified third party is

needed to assess and evaluate vendors to make sure that they are able to

provide expected quality.

Solution: Prince International carries systematic, independent Vendor

Assessments and Technical Audits at Vendors / Suppliers premises

to assess their ability to undertake specific orders in accordance with client's

requirements. Our services range from single visit to complete vendor

appraisals and control Schemes. The service is conducted by Prince

International Engineers at the vendor's premises and/ or construction site.
