    Prince Premium SWR Systems with sliding soc/et 0oint are manufactured in dar/ grey color in?3mm, 23mm, E=mm, 42mm, 53mm, 663mm, 6E3mm dia si;es, with overall standard length of= metres. These pipes conform to indian standards (S< 6=25> and are designed to withstandcontinuous internal hydraulic pressure of ?/gf cm so as to ensure life-long trou#le- freewor/ing.The pipes are provided with an integral ru##er ring type soc/et at one end while otherend is /ept plain, smooth and free from #urrs. Ru##er ring type soc/et ends provide easy push-fittype 0oining. Simultaneously, allowance for thermal e pansion can also #e provided duringinstallation.

    To avoid any possi#ility of damage to uPVC Pipes and fittings, a few points should #e /ept inmind.

    J Pipes and fitting should not #e /ept on sharp o#0ects.

    J !ift, do not drag pipes and fitting.

    J ittings should #e stored in cartons or #ags.

    J Pipes should stac/ed on an even surface, the stac/ing height not e eeding6.2 meters if they have to #e stored for a long period.

    J Ru##er ring should #e /ept tension free.

    J !u#ricants and solvent cement should #e stored in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.

    Step ?#

    Cut the pvc with a fine toothed saw to the required length. Pipeshould #e cut square.

    Step #

    Chamfer the edge of the pipe to #e inserted at an angle of a#out 62Kto a#out 6 =rd the wall thic/ness, using a coarse file.
