Principle of Progression: Gradual increase in overload (intensity) to keep increasing your level of fitness. • Training Threshold- minimum amount of overload required for fitness benefits. • Training Zone- ideal range of overload for improving fitness• Training Ceiling- upper limit of overload to obtain fitness benefits.

HOW I EXERCISE

1. Create a 6 tabbed foldable and glue it in your notebook (following the teacher’s instrucitons) 2. Write each principle of exercise on the outside of the tab. 3. On the underside of the tab (on the colored paper) write a description/definition of the principle. 4. On the notebook paper below, illustrate the principle. *Use a minimum of 4 colors*
