For effortless walk-up Copy, Scan and Fax1, the 37-ppm models support a 100-sheet Dual Scan Document Processor (DSDP) that handles two-sided originals in a single pass. A time-saving 75-sheet Reversing Automatic Document Feeder (RADF) is standard on the 32-ppm model, making quick work of multi-page originals.

PROTECT ASSETS. MULTI-LAYER SECURITY.Kyocera takes a comprehensive approach to information security, ensuring that sensitive documents and valuable data is fully protected. Standard Private Print and User Authentication, for instance, restrict walk-up access to the device. To further safeguard assets, the Card Authentication Kit option, when installed, requires that users swipe their company-issued ID card before access to system functions is granted. And to prevent compromise of latent copy, print and scan data, the Data Security Kit option will automatically erase contents of the hard drive. To further fortify network data streams, KYOCERA Net Manager (KNM) controls document workflow. This server-based application is designed to protect confidential data, manage document output and related printing costs. Lastly, to physically secure the device, each system is equipped with an integrated slot for a Kensington Lock.
