Here IS the process of printing:

• Find the paper

• Load the printer

• Tell the printer to use this paper

• Set-up printing in the program**

• Send the print**

• Tell the printer to print, share and let others enjoy!**

Find the Paper & Printer

DISCLAIMER...Students trying to print have to be aware of a few things.

1. Other students will be printing at the same time and this adds to confusion and frustrations. Please manage those feelings accordingly.

2. The printer processes jobs in a manner that is very structured, assume nothing. READ THE LCD

on the printer carefully and follow it to

achieve printing to the correct paper size and type.

Load A ‘pinch’ of PaperIf it hasn’t been loaded yet

The tray pulls outfrom the front if it is not already lowered

Push out the paper Guides out wide

Place the paper in, short edge first...

Make sure it is all the way into the tray

Push in the guides to the edge of the paper...

At the printer’s ‘ready’ screenPress the okay button...

Scroll down to ‘paper Handling’Then click the check mark...

SELECT ‘TRAY1 SIZE’

CHOOSE12X18

computer to set-up the print dialogue and send

the poster to the printer...
