PML was establishment in 2012 by professionals from the ship management industry with expensive
hands - on experience with leading ship management and ship owning companies. Our team involved
in the crew selection, recruitment and management have regularly been attending crew seminars &
conference to keep us with the developments in the industry, and been conducting company seminars
for the Seafarers. The directors and operations managers involved in the day to day operations of crew
management come with an average experience of 15 years in crew management. Our past experience
in the field makes us second to none in the selection process leading to quality seafarers thus
maintaining high standards in recruitment, development and management of Human Recourses. We

He is a young Dynamic, self driven and result oriented, have a vast experience of more than 30 years.
It includes his service in Indian Navy, Offshore vessels, Oil rigs, Pipeline projects, Underwater
Commercial, Diving and Underwater Survey.
His outstanding skill in Shipping core process, Fleet maintainance optimization, Energy savings,
Resource Management. His outstanding key problem areas while taking into consideration commercial
and Technical issues suggesting and implementing changes has been intellectually stimulating.
His past experience in underwater commercial operations professional enables him to analyze multiple
and complex issues to decision making. He is sharp and technically competent, humble leadership and
motivation skills.
Mr. Prashant Dwivedi
He is co-founder of PML having vast sailing experience of 10 years on various Oil Tankers and Dry
Bulk Carriers. He is responsible for developing overseas crewing business. He is well versed with with
Indian and Foreign origin crew.
His leadership and mentoring abilities through international exposure for leading multinational teams in
demanding working environment.

It is the policy of Prithvi Marine Ship management to operate all managed vessels in the safest and
most proper manner possible, ensuring that all managed vessels operate in accordance with:
• Ship Owners' requirements.
• Design requirements.
• Flag state and class requirements.
• Charterers' requirements and most importantly the International Safety Management Code.
Technical Superintendents are each allocated a group of four to five vessels.
The Superintendent is responsible for monitoring the vessels' condition and all aspects of their
performance and operation, including:
• safe and efficient cargo handling and cargo conditioning.

• dry dock planning and supervision.
• budget control.
• certification and vetting.

Owners will be able to access reports and data regarding the running of their vessels through a
dedicated website. Bernhard Schulte Ship management is thus in the position to provide shipowners
with up-to-date information regarding their respective vessel under our management. The aim is to
provide the most transparent management system possible for shipowners requiring the very latest
information about their vessels - be it of a technical, crew, accounting or other related nature. All clients
are provided with a secure password to gain access to information on their respective vessels from
their own PC.
Our solid relationships with first-class suppliers, workshops and marine service providers ensure that
our principals consistently receive reliable and high-quality service at the lowest possible price.
Our highly qualified and capable Marine Commercial Operations teams closely monitor the commercial
performance of managed vessels and manage the commercial risks faced by our Principals during the
course of employment of their vessels.

PRITHVI MARINE on establishment immediately acquired M/S A A CREW MANAGEMENT (RPSL
MUM 184) to expand in the Crew Management sector. PRITHVI MARINE is a product line-driven
organization led by a unified executive management. Through a strong team of Directors in different
Marine our organizational infrastructure allows PRITHVI MARINE to offer:

Our divers are trained to high standards in the various skills and disciplines required; concreting,
underwater cutting/burning welding, steel fixing, scaffolding, bag work, grouting, underwater
demolition's, inspection, construction, survey etc. We specialize in underwater salvage of sunken
vessels by use of water displacement using air assisted by lift buoys and crane lifts.

ADS has many years experience in underwater inspection and NDT operations. We have undertaken
inspection programs, onshore and offshore, on a small and large scale. ADS have CSWIP, IMCA and
Lloyds qualified divers “in house”.

own an inspection ROV, underwater video systems and underwater stills photography cameras. Our

ADS can perform quality hull cleaning night or day to assure maximum vessel performance. All hull
cleanings may be accompanied with before and after digital photography complete with written reports
upon request
ADS have the personnel, equipment and expertise to take care of all ship maintenance requirements.
Our divers are trained to identify and report hull conditions such as paint blistering, corrosion, fouling
and superficial structural damage. We also inspect, cathodic protection systems, bilge keels, sea
chest, strainers along with propellers, exposed shafting and rudders.
We can provide a comprehensive hull survey report for shipping companies and for Ship Classification
Societies as we are certified to perform class surveys for Lloyd’s Register, Det Norske Veritas (DNV),
Bureau Veritsas (BV), Rina and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and have carried out inspections
to the specifications required.
All discrepancies are recorded on tape and provided to the client with a written report upon request.
Underwater color CCTV or video camcorder services are available for hull inspections if requested.
Our equipment and expertise has a wide range of applications in a wide range of circumstances not at
first associated with diving.
Underwater Hull Cleaning

From a shovel to a ship” sums up the range of objects and vessels we have salvaged, recovered or re-
floated. We have lifted water-carrying vessels whose weight exceeds the 1000-ton mark and have
carried out minutely painstaking search and recovery operations for highly valuable small items.
Most recently we carried out the salvage of AST 23 of Overseas AST in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. This was a
careful recovery and represented a difficult logistical problem under the harsh scrutiny of the World’s
press and local authorities and environmentalists, working closely with Oil Spill Prevention teams.
We have also recovered valuable cargo and items on behalf of owners and have lifted such disparate
objects as:
Sunken dockyard cranes.
A statue.
Aircraft.
Mobile cranes.
Articulated HGV's.
Fishing boats and vehicles.
We own a large array of salvage gear such as pumps, lift-bags, cutting gear, patching equipment and
tools and can mobilize as quickly as is needed to an emergency via our genuine 24hr callout
procedure.

We are equipped to carry out all types of underwater and confined space inspection projects as we
own an inspection ROV, underwater video systems and underwater stills photography cameras. We
can produce good quality prints, slides, video and reports under most conditions. The video system are
operated from 8 feet by 8 feet air-conditioned containers with lighting and built in power. The advantage
to the client of being able to see exactly what the underwater situation is at any time on his site is an
enormous advantage that can save time and money on subsequent works.
