The provision of personal data is voluntary and based on the User’s agreement. The terms of this privacy notice shall be valid from when the User’s consent is given, until when it is withdrawn. Personal data concerning you, supplied by you when the above agreement is entered into, will be processed in a manner inspired by the principles of necessity, propriety, lawfulness and transparency established in the Directive 95/46/CE. The personal data that you supply will be processed for the following purposes: 1. to permit the provision of the Remote Control and/or Remote Diagnosis service designated "Ariston Net" or "Chaffolink"; 2. to monitor the level and quality of service offered by our technical assistance centers; 3. for commercial and marketing purposes, i.e., to send you, by text message, telephone and/or electronic mail, promotional materials relating to products, services and initiatives of Ariston Thermo S.p.A. or conduct market analyses in anonymous form. In addition to your personal data, our company, in fulfilment of the above agreement, will also collect information regarding the product installed (including, but not limited to, advanced technical details, heating settings and operation, etc.). It is mandatory that you provide your personal data for the purposes indicated in point 1 above, and your refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to supply you with the Ariston Net or Chaffolink service, whereas it is optional that you provide your personal data for the purposes of points 2 and 3 above. By signing this declaration, the User gives express and written permission for data to be disclosed and transferred to those service centres and third parties (such us but not limited to producer, database provider, foreign entities providing part of the relevant services) to whom the data shall be disclosed for the proper performance of the purposes of point 1. The User also gives such permission for disclosure and transfer of such personal data to foreign corporation and/or domestic consulting firms and/or providers of call-centre services and/or other foreign entities for the performance of the purposes of points 2 and 3. Being understood the provisions above, the aforementioned data will not be disclosed for any further purpose and may only be transferred abroad for the purposes of point 1. Your personal data will be processed by employees of Ariston Thermo S.p.A. acting as data processors and managers, in addition to the service centre you have chosen, if the Remote Diagnosis service has been activated, in the capacity of external data manager, with or without the aid of electronic, print, IT or remote instruments and, in any event, according to logic closely correlated with the purposes listed above. The list of data managers will be constantly updated and is available upon request. The User may request information about the handling of his/her personal data, may also request the correction, deletion or blocking of such data, and may also request the cessation of the use of such data for a particular purpose. Nous collectons, traitons et utilisons également par le biais de l'App les données d'utilisation et d'exploitation du terminal ELCO Thision Mini relié à l'App, qui peuvent indirectement être liées à une personne (par exemple, les variations de température, les paramètres sélectionnés ou le numéro de l'appareil).
Dans le cadre d'une intervention de support ou d'une éventuelle prestation de service, vous pouvez être amené à nous communiquer d'autres données à caractère personnel (par ex. coordonnées de contact, données techniques).

En tout état de cause, ELCO reste responsable de la protection de vos données. Ariston Thermo S.p.A travaille exclusivement dans le respect de nos directives, garanti par des règles contractuelles strictes, des mesures techniques et organisationnelles et des contrôles supplémentaires.

Notifications « Push »
Les notifications Push sont des messages envoyés par l'App vers votre appareil lorsque le terminal ELCO Thision Mini signale un dysfonctionnement. L'App n'envoie de notifications Push que si vous avez explicitement marqué votre accord sur ce point. Vous pouvez à tout moment révoquer votre consentement.
Attention, pour des raisons techniques, vous ne pouvez annuler la réception de notifications Push que dans les paramètres système de votre appareil.
Normes de sécurité
Pour tout transfert de données lié à l'App et, par conséquent, à la saisie de données à caractère personnel, nous utilisons le système de sécurité SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Cette technique garantit un haut niveau de sécurité. C'est la raison pour laquelle elle est d'ailleurs utilisée, entre autres, par les banques, dans le cadre de la protection des données des opérations bancaires en ligne.
Modifications de la politique de confidentialité
Toute modification éventuelle de la présente politique de confidentialité vous sera signalée à l'occasion des mises à jour logicielles.
Durée de conservation des données
Les données à caractère personnel que vous nous avez communiquées sont conservées uniquement jusqu'à ce que l'objectif pour lequel vous nous les avez confiées ait été atteint. Pour les cas où des délais de conservation sont imposés par le droit commercial ou le droit fiscal, la durée de conservation de certaines données peut aller jusqu'à 10 ans.

Verklaring over gegevensbescherming
Wij hechten veel belang aan uw vertrouwen en passen de uiterste zorgvuldigheid en de hoogste veiligheidsnormen toe om uw persoonsgegevens te beveiligen tegen toegang door onbevoegden. Onze bepalingen over de gegevensbescherming stemmen overeen met de Wet van 8 december 1992 ter bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer ten opzichte van de verwerking van persoonsgegevens (“Wet van 8 december 1992”).

Inzameling, verwerking en gebruik van persoonsgegevens
Wij verzamelen, verwerken en gebruiken uw persoonsgegevens met het oog op het ter beschikking stellen van de Remocon-NET App (hierna de “App” genoemd) en de functionaliteiten daarvan in de daarvoor voorziene
omvang en voor de daarvoor bepaalde doelen en dit uitsluitend in zoverre u ons deze gegevens vrijwillig hebt meegedeeld.
De App verzamelt, verwerkt en gebruikt uw persoonsgegevens die u ons bij het downloaden van de App, bij het aanmaken van de gebruikersaccount of bij uw contacten met ons (bv. uw naam, uw e-mailadres, uw adres of het serienummer van de gateway van de ELCO Thision Mini) vrijwillig meedeelt.
Via de App verzamelen, verwerken en gebruiken wij bovendien de gebruiks- en besturingsgegevens van het ELCO Thision Mini eindtoestel dat verbonden is met de App, aan de hand waarvan wij een rechtstreeks verband met een persoon kunnen leggen (bv. de temperatuurcurves, de geselecteerde instellingen of het toestelnummer).
In het kader van de ondersteuning, respectievelijk met het oog op het verstrekken van onderhoudsdiensten, kunnen bijkomende persoonsgegevens (bv. contactgegevens, technische gegevens) aan ons worden meegedeeld.
De gegevens worden hierbij voor bepaalde doeleinden ingezameld en zijn noodzakelijk voor de verantwoording, de inhoudelijke invulling of de aanpassing van de contractuele relatie tussen uzelf en ELCO over het gebruik van de App. De persoonsgegevens worden alleen doorgegeven aan derden indien dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst. Een aanvullende inzameling, verwerking, gebruik of doorzending gebeurt alleen indien u daarmee uitdrukkelijk hebt ingestemd. In dit geval kunt u uw toestemming tegenover ons op elk moment intrekken.
Overdracht van persoonsgegevens in de cloud
De verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens in de cloud gebeurt door Ariston Thermo S.p.A., Viale Aristide Merloni, 45, 60044 Fabriano (Italië), dat contractueel bevoegd is om onderaannemers in te zetten voor het uitvoeren van deze service.
ELCO blijft steeds aansprakelijk voor de beveiliging van uw gegevens. Ariston Thermo S.p.A werkt uitsluitend in overeenstemming met onze voorschriften, wat wij garanderen door middel van strenge contractuele afspraken, technische en organisatorische maatregelen en aanvullende controles.
Verder geven wij geen persoonsgegevens door aan derden, behalve indien u ons daarvoor uitdrukkelijk de toestemming geeft of wij hiertoe wettelijk verplicht zijn.

Pushberichten
Pushberichten zijn berichten die door de App op uw toestel worden verstuurd wanneer het ELCO Thision Mini eindtoestel functiestoringen meldt. De App gebruikt pushberichten alleen wanneer u daarvoor uitdrukkelijk uw toestemming hebt gegeven. U kunt uw toestemming op elk moment intrekken.
Wij wijzen u erop dat u de ontvangst van pushberichten om technische redenen alleen kunt weigeren in de systeeminstellingen van uw toestel.
Onze veiligheidsnormen
Voor iedere gegevensoverdracht met betrekking tot onze App en dientengevolge ook in het kader van de invoer van persoonsgegevens, gebruiken wij het zogenaamde SSL-beveiligingscertificaat (Secure Socket Layer). Deze techniek garandeert een hoge beveiligingsgraad en wordt om die reden bijvoorbeeld ook door banken gebruikt voor de gegevensbeveiliging bij online banking.
Wijzigingen aan de verklaring over de gegevensbeveiliging
Indien wij wijzingen moeten aanbrengen aan deze verklaring over de gegevensbeveiliging, zullen wij u in het kader van de software-updates wijzen op de desbetreffende wijzigingen.
Duur van de gegevensopslag
De persoonsgegevens die u aan ons hebt meegedeeld, worden slechts opgeslagen tot het doel gerealiseerd is waarvoor ze aan ons werden overgemaakt. Indien bewaringstermijnen moeten worden nageleefd in het kader van het handelsrecht en het belastingrecht, kan de bewaringsduur van bepaalde gegevens tot 10 jaar bedragen.
Recht op informatie, correctie, schrapping en blokkering van uw gegevens

- Permettre à Chaffoteaux d’accéder à distance aux paramètres de l’appareil, pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des services de Télécontrôle et de Télédiagnostic, et même, restaurer la fonctionnalité si nécessaire, selon le consentement de l’utilisateur.
L'ensemble de ces possibilités constituant le service ChaffoLink. Die App erhebt, verarbeitet und nutzt Ihre personenbezogenen Daten, die Sie uns beim Herunterladen der App, bei der Errichtung des Benutzerkontos oder bei Kontaktaufnahme (wie beispielsweise Ihren Namen, Ih-re E-Mail-Adresse, Ihre Anschrift oder die Seriennummer des Gateway des ELCO Thision Mini) freiwillig mit-teilen. Datele personale care vă privesc, furnizate la semnarea contractului de mai sus, vor fi procesate într-o manieră inspirată de principiile necesităţii, corectitudinii, legalităţii şi transparenţei stabilite de Legea nr. 677/2001. Datele personale pe care le furnizaţi vor fi procesate pentru următoarele scopuri: 1. pentru a permite asigurarea serviciilor de Control la distanţă şi/sau Diagnosticare la distanţă denumite "Ariston Net" sau "Chaffolink"; 2. pentru a monitoriza nivelul şi calitatea serviciilor furnizate de centrele noastre de asistenţă tehnică. 3. pentru scopuri comerciale şi de marketing, şi anume transmiterea către dumneavoastră, prin mesaje text, telefon şi/sau poştă electronică, a
unor materiale promoţionale privind produsele, serviciile şi iniţiativele Ariston Thermo S.p.A. sau efectuarea de analize de piaţă în mod anonim.
În plus faţă de datele personale, compania noastră, pentru a respecta contractul de mai sus, va colecta de asemenea informaţiile privind produsul instalat (inclusiv, fără a se limita la, detalii tehnice avansate, setări de încălzire şi funcţionare, etc.). Este obligatoriu să ne furnizaţi datele dumneavoastră personale pentru scopurile indicate la punctul 1 de mai sus, iar refuzul de a furniza asemenea date va face imposibilă asigurarea serviciului Ariston Net sau Chaffolink, fiind însă opţională furnizarea datelor dumneavoastră personale pentru scopurile indicate la punctele 2 şi 3 de mai sus. Prin semnarea acestei declaraţii, utilizatorul acordă permisiunea formală şi scrisă pentru ca datele să fie dezvăluite şi transferate către acele centre şi terţi (cum ar fi, fără a se limita la, producătorul, furnizorul bazei de date, entităţile străine ce asigură o parte a serviciilor relevante) cărora le vor fi dezvăluite datele pentru executarea adecvată a obiectivelor de la punctul 1. Utilizatorul acordă de asemenea permisiunea pentru ca datele personale respective să fie dezvăluite şi transferate către compania străină şi/sau filmele de consultanţă locale şi/sau furnizorii serviciilor de call-center şi/sau alte entităţi străine pentru realizarea obiectivelor de la punctele 2 şi 3. Fiind înţelese prevederile de mai sus, datele menţionate anterior nu vor fi dezvăluite pentru nici un alt scop şi pot fi transferate în străinătate doar pentru obiectivele de la punctul 1. Datele dumneavoastră personale vor fi procesate de angajaţii Ariston Thermo S.p.A, ai SC Ariston Thermo Romania SRL, ce acţionează ca procesatori şi manageri date, în plus faţă de centrul de service pe care l-aţi ales, atunci când a fost activat serviciul de Diagnosticare la distanţă, în calitatea de manager extern date, cu sau fără ajutorul instrumentelor digitale, imprimate, IT sau control la distanţă şi, în orice caz, în conformitate cu logica strâns corelată cu scopurile enumerate mai sus. Lista managerilor de date se va actualiza permanent şi este disponibilă la cerere. Utilizatorul poate cere informaţii privind manipularea datelor sale personale, poate de asemenea cere corectarea, ştergerea sau blocarea unor asemenea date, şi poate de asemenea cere încetarea utilizării acestor date pentru un scop anume. Utilizatorul poate de asemenea refuza, în orice moment şi fără motivare, să continue acordarea consimţământului pentru manipularea datelor sale personale. Cu privire la manipularea unor asemenea date, utilizatorul are dreptul la compensări legale şi se poate îndrepta către tribunalele relevante pentru a impune respectarea drepturilor sale şi a primi orice compensare care îi este datorată. În plus, vă comunicăm că informaţii detaliate privind serviciile noastre sunt disponibile în secţiunea Termeni & condiţii de pe site-ul www.ariston.com/ro. Utilizatorul poate alege să acorde permisiunea scrisă formală de mai jos pentru ca Ariston să îi transmită anunturi sau mesaje. Această permisiune poate fi retrasă în orice moment şi fără motivare. În conformitate cu termenii din Legea nr. 677/2001, utilizatorul poate folosi mijloacele de mai jos pentru a informa cu privire la retragerea acordului de a primi anunturi sau mesaje.

программное обеспечение, необходимое для эксплуатации оборудования Ariston.
ООО «Аристон Термо Русь» имеет право во исполнение своих обязательств передавать
мои персональные данные в специализированные организации, с которыми имеются договорные
отношения, в целях выполнения сервисных работ в отношении Продукции, и получать от этих
организаций данные обо мне. При этом я согласен с тем ООО «Аристон Термо Русь» осуществит

En relación a la celebración del contrato para la puesta en marcha de los servicios de Telecontrol y Teleasistencia del sistema de confort térmico que permite al usuario:
controlar remotamente, mediante un smartphone o una tablet, el funcionamiento de su instalación de calefacción y de producción de agua sanitaria;
utilizar un servicio de telediagnóstico que se presta desde nuestro centro de asistencia técnica, y que puede monitorizar remotamente los principales parámetros de la caldera y, previo consentimiento del usuario, puede intervenir remotamente en la unidad para regular dichos parámetros y, de ese modo, mejorar el servicio y asegurar el nivel de calidad de Airston Thermo Group;
autorizar a ARISTON THERMO ESPAÑA, S.L.u., el acceso remoto a la caldera para garantizar la correcta prestación de los servicios de Teleasistencia y Telecontrol de la misma caldera y restablecer su funcionamiento, si fuera necesario y posible;
Le informamos de la siguiente declaración de protección de datos de carácter personal de conformidad con el Art. 5 de la LOPD 15/1999 .
Los datos personales relativos a Usted y que Usted proporcionó para la celebración del antedicho contrato serán tratados de acuerdo con los principios de necesidad, corrección, legalidad y transparencia previstos en la ley anteriormente citada.
Los datos personales que Usted proporcionó se utilizarán para los siguientes propósitos:
1. permitir la prestación del servicio de Telecontrol y Teleasistencia denominado "Ariston NET";
2. controlar el nivel y la calidad del servicio que prestan los centros oficiales de asistencia técnica;
3. para finalidades comerciales, como por ejemplo, enviarle, por sms y/o teléfono y/o correo electrónico, material promocional sobre productos, servicios e iniciativas de ARISTON THERMO ESPAÑA, S.L.u . y de los centros oficiales de asistencia técnica o para realizar análisis de mercado de manera anónima.
Al ejecutar el antedicho contrato, nuestra empresa, además de sus datos personales, recopilará también datos sobre el producto instalado (por ejemplo, detalles técnicos avanzados, datos de termorregulación y funcionamiento, etc).
Para el propósito indicado en el anterior punto 1 es obligatorio que proporcione sus datos personales, y no hacerlo comportará la imposibilidad de prestarle el servicio Ariston NET; en cuanto a los propósitos de los puntos 2 y 3 anteriores, es facultativo que proporcione sus datos personales.
Sus datos serán comunicados a centros oficiales y terceros de asistencia técnica, comunicación que es necesaria para la correcta consecución del propósito indicado en el punto 1; aquellos mismos datos podrán ser comunicados asimismo a centros oficiales de asistencia técnica, empresas de asesoría y/o proveedores de servicios de call center para la consecución del propósito indicado en el punto 3. Los antedichos datos no se divulgarán de ningún modo y solamente se podrán trasladar al extranjero para los propósitos indicados en el punto 1.
Sus datos serán tratados por empleados de ARISTON THERMO ESPAÑA, S.L.u., responsables del tratamiento de dichos datos así como por el centro oficial de asistencia técnica que Usted elija como responsable externo del tratamiento, mediante las operaciones o el conjunto de operaciones que se indican en el Art. 3 de LOPD 15/1999, con o sin la ayuda de herramientas electrónicas, de papel, informáticas o telemáticas y en cualquier caso únicamente en vistas a la consecución de los propósitos anteriormente enunciados.
La lista de responsables del tratamiento se actualiza constantemente y está a disposición de todo aquel que envíe la preceptiva solicitud al responsable principal del tratamiento.
De conformidad con los Art. 15, 16 y 17 de LOPD 15/1999, en cualquier momento, y con una simple petición enviada al responsable principal del tratamiento, cuyos datos de contacto figuran a continuación, Usted puede acceder a sus datos y solicitar su actualización, rectificación, oposición o cancelación mediante escrito dirigido al Parc de Sant Cugat Nord-Pza. hizmetleriyle ve yeni uygulamaları ile ilgili tanıtıcı materyallerin gönderilmesi ve kişisel bilgilere yer verilmeyen formlarda pazar analizleri
yapmak gibi ticari faaliyetlerin yürütülmesinde kullanılacaktır.
Şirketimiz, yukardaki anlaşma kapsamında sadece sizin kişisel bilgilerinizi almakla kalmayıp aynı zamanda kurulumu yapılan ürünle ilgili (ileri
teknik bilgiler, ısıtıcı ayarları ve kullanımı vs. dâhil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak kaydıyla) bilgileri de toplayacaktır.
Yukarda bulunan 1. Maddede belirtilen kişisel bilgilerinizi vermeniz mecburidir. Bu bilgileri vermek istememeniz halinde size Ariston Net ya da
Chaffolink servisi verebilmemiz mümkün olamayacaktır. Bununla beraber yukardaki 2. ve 3. Maddede belirtilen hizmetleri almak için kişisel
bilgileriniz vermek ya da vermemek sizin kişisel tasarrufunuzdadır.
Kişisel bilgileriniz 1. maddede belirtilen hedeflere doğru bir şekilde ulaşılması için ilgili servis merkezleriyle ve üçüncü şahıslarla paylaşılacaktır.
Kişisel bilgileriniz ayrıca yine 3. Maddede belirtilen hedeflere doğru bir şekilde ulaşmak için danışmanlık firmaları ve/veya call-centre firmalarıyla
paylaşılabilecektir. Sözü geçen veriler hiçbir surette genele yayılmayacaktır ve sadece 1. Maddede belirtilen hedefler dâhilinde yurtdışıyla
paylaşılabilecektir. Kişisel bilgileriniz Ariston Thermo Isıtma ve Soğutma Sistemleri İthalat İhracat ve Dağıtım Ltd. Şti.’de veri işleme görevlisi ya da

Korunması Kanunu 7. Maddesine göre siz de istediğiniz anda aşağıda adresleri bulunan kontrolörlere talep göndererek şahsi verilerinize

A 2011. évi CXII. törvény szerinti adatkezelési tájékoztató
A jelen adatkezelési tájékoztató vízmelegítő, illetve fűtőrendszerek távvezérlésére és – amennyiben az az adott készülék esetében elérhető, úgy - távdiagnosztikájára vonatkozó aktiválási szerződésben foglalt szolgáltatásokra vonatkozik, amik lehetővé teszik a felhasználó számára, hogy okostelefonjával vagy tabletjével befolyásolja fűtő- és vízmelegítő készülékének működését; valamint amennyiben a szolgáltatás az adott készülék esetében elérhető, úgy élvezhesse a távoli saját diagnosztikai központ azon szolgáltatásait, amelyek lehetővé teszik a fűtőkészülék fő paramétereinek felügyeletét, valamint a felhasználó hozzájárulása esetén távolról beavatkozhatnak a készülék működésébe, így annak bizonyos paramétereit beállíthatják annak érdekében, hogy az lehetővé tegye az Ariston Thermo Group számára a szolgáltatások javítását, valamint a minőségükkel kapcsolatos vásárlói megelégedettség növelését, továbbá azt is, hogy az Ariston Thermo Hungária Kft. (a továbbiakban: Ariston) távolról hozzáférhessen a készülékhez a távirányító és a távdiagnosztika szolgáltatások felülvizsgálata céljából, valamint szükségeses esetben a szolgáltatásokat a lehetőségekhez mérten helyreállítsa. Az információs önrendelkezési jogról és az információszabadságról szóló 2011. évi CXII. törvény (a továbbiakban: Infotv.) 20. §-a értelmében tájékoztatjuk a felhasználót az alábbiakról. A felhasználóval kapcsolatos személyes adatok szolgáltatása önkéntes, a felhasználó hozzájárulásán alapul. A jelen nyilatkozat kitöltésével és visszaküldésével a felhasználó kifejezetten, írásban hozzájárul személyes adatainak kezeléséhez. A felhasználó hozzájárulása önkéntes, az adatkezelés az Infotv. 5. § (1) bekezdés a) pontján, továbbá – amennyiben ahhoz hozzájárul – a gazdasági és reklámtevékenység alapvető feltételeiről és egyes korlátairól szóló 2008. évi XLVIII. törvény (a továbbiakban: Grt.) 6. § (5) bekezdésén alapszik és az alábbi adatokat foglalja magában: - felhasználó neve - felhasználó lakcíme, illetve a készülék üzemeltetésének címe - felhasználó e-mail címe - felhasználó telefonszáma - felhasználó által üzemeltetett készülék típusa és szériaszáma - felhasználó által üzemeltetett készülék távolról elérhető működési és műszaki, diagnosztikai adatai A jelen adatkezelés a felhasználó hozzájárulásának megadásától annak visszavonásáig tart. A felhasználó által megadott személyes adatok az alábbi célokra használhatóak fel:
1. a Velis EVO WI-FI nevű távirányítás, illetve az „Ariston Net” vagy „Chaffolink” nevű távirányítás és távdiagnosztika szolgáltatások működőképességének biztosításához;
2. a műszaki támogató központ szolgáltatásainak teljesítményértékeléséhez és minőségének ellenőrzéséhez; 3. kereskedelmi célokra, így különösen, hogy az Ariston termékeivel, szolgáltatásaival vagy kezdeményezéseivel kapcsolatban a
felhasználót SMS-ben, telefonon és/vagy e-mailben megkeresse, illetve hogy anonimizált formában piackutatást végezzen (az 1995. évi CXIX. törvény 3. § (1) bek. a) pontja és 12-16. §§ szerinti adatkezelés).
Társaságunk a fenti szerződés teljesítése érdekében a felhasználó személyes adatain felül a beüzemelt készülékkel kapcsolatban (így különösen, de nem kizárólagosan korszerű technikai adatokat, fűtési beállításokat és működési adatokat, stb.) is gyűjthet adatokat. Az adatainak megadása feltétlenül szükséges a fenti 1. pontban jelzett célból, így ahhoz, hogy az Ariston Net vagy Chaffolink szolgáltatásokat igénybe tudja venni. A 2. és 3. pontban megadott célból történő adatkezelés fakultatív. A jelen nyilatkozat aláírásával a felhasználó kifejezetten hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy az általa megadott adatok az 1. pontban meghatározott célból szolgáltató központok és egyéb harmadik személyek részére továbbításra kerüljenek, amennyiben ez az 1. pontban meghatározott célok szolgáltatása miatt szükséges. A felhasználó ugyancsak kifejezetten hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy az általa megadott adatok továbbításra kerüljenek tanácsadó cégek, illetve hívóközpont szolgáltatók részére a 3. pontban meghatározott cél érdekében akár külföldre (Infotv. 8. § (1) bek. a) pont), akár belföldre. A fentiek szerinti személyes adatok nem kerülnek nyilvánosságra és kizárólag az 1. pontban meghatározott célból továbbíthatóak külföldre. A felhasználó által megadott személyes adatokat az Ariston – mint adatkezelő és feldolgozó – munkavállalói kezelhetik és ismerhetik meg. Továbbá, amennyiben az az adott készülék esetében elérhető és a felhasználó aktiválta a távdiagnosztika szolgáltatást, úgy a felhasználó személyes adatait a felhasználó által kijelölt szolgáltatók, mint külső adatfeldolgozók akár elektronikus, nyomtatott, információ-technológiai vagy más távoli hozzáférést lehetővé tevő eszközök segítségével, akár azok segítsége nélkül ismerhetik meg, de minden esetben kizárólag akkor, ha annak célja a fenti célokkal szorosan összhangban áll. Az adatfeldolgozók teljes listáját az adatkezelő folyamatosan frissíti és kérés esetén elérhetővé teszi. Tájékoztatjuk, hogy a felhasználó tájékoztatást kérhet az adatkezelőtől személyes adatai kezeléséről, valamint kérheti személyes adatainak helyesbítését, törlését, zárolását, illetve adatainak a megjelölt célra vagy annak egy részére történő kezelésének megszüntetését. Tájékoztatjuk továbbá, hogy a további együttműködést bármikor, indokolás nélkül megtagadhatja. Az adatkezeléssel kapcsolatban a Felhasználót megilletik az Infotv-ben biztosított jogorvoslati lehetőségek, nevezetesen az Infotv. 21. §-ban meghatározott tiltakozási jog, illetve a 22. §-ban meghatározottak szerint bíróság előtt érvényesítheti jogait és a jogszabályok szerint őt esetlegesen megillető kártérítést és sérelemdíjat. Ezen felül tájékoztatjuk, hogy a szolgáltatással kapcsolatosan részletesebb információ érhető el a www.ariston.com/hu/ariston-net weboldalán keresztül, annak „Felhasználói feltételek” megnevezésű részén, illetve a VELIS EVO WI-FI esetében a … oldalon keresztül, a … menüpont alatt. Tájékoztatjuk továbbá, hogy – amennyiben ehhez lent külön hozzájárulását adta, úgy – a felhasználó kifejezetten és önkéntesen hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy részére az Ariston hírlevelet, valamint termékeivel, szolgáltatásaival, rendezvényeivel kapcsolatos reklámokat küldjön. Hozzájárulását a felhasználó bármikor, indokolás nélkül visszavonhatja. A Grt. 6. § (7) bekezdése értelmében tájékoztatjuk, hogy a reklámok küldéséhez hozzájáruló nyilatkozatának visszavonását, valamint a reklám küldésének megtiltása iránti igényét az alábbi elérhetőségeken jelentheti be: - e-mail cím: [email protected] - levelezési cím: 1135 Budapest, Hun u.2. A felhasználó személyes adatait az Ariston Thermo Hungária Kft. (székhely: 1134 Budapest, Hun utca 2.), mint adatkezelő kezeli.
