    CG/LAs Private Meetings System Instructions

    1. Go to http://www.bookking.ca/bkcglapub/index.asp and Follow the Instructionson the Homepage.

    2. If you dont have your Password go to Log-on (located on the upper right handcorner) https://www.bookking.ca/bkcglapub/account/index.asp and retrieve it

    3. Once Logged-in proceed to Meeting Host Page:http://www.bookking.ca/bkcglapub/facilities/index.asp

    4. You are now on the Search tab. Select a Country from the Step 1 drop list.

    5. Select a Sector.

    You are now ready to Book your Meetings

    6. On the left hand side you will be given a list ofMeeting Hosts. Place yourmouse overthe Meeting Hosts Name will show which days and time ranges areavailable for each host.

    7. Check the box next to the desired Meeting Host (Project) and click on theDate (SAPLF private Meetings take place on Thursday July 24th from 9AM to

    1PM).

    9. Select the desired, Available -15-minute time slot. Click on the Add SelectedButton on the bottom right.

    10. Pending Activation page: Select the Meeting click Continue to activate if youwish to schedule this time slot orSearch Again if you want to go select multiplemeetings before Accepting.

    Once Meeting(s) is booked you will see the following page:

    * You may Print and/or email this page to yourself. For a complete list ofBooked Meeting Please see Meetings Host Summary.

    * From this page you may also delete your meeting by clicking on the Projecthyperlinked in red.

    REPORTS: Viewing & Printing Your Scheduled Meetings

    1. Go to Reports. Step 1: Select Meeting Host Summary Report.

    2. Step 2: Select All Countries & Sponsors for a complete list of BookedMeetings.

    3. Step 3: Select December 14 on the To: drop list and click on View Report

    4. Print Report

    Deleting Meetings:

    * In order to delete a meeting, clients must have the Meetings Permit Number.Permit # can be found in the Meeting Host Summary Reports, in between theMeeting Time and the Meeting Host

    1. Go to Permits. On the Search Criteria frame enter the Permit # of themeeting that the client wishes to delete and click the Search button.

    2. Once the Permit # is located the following information will display:

    *DO NOT, we repeat, DO NOT click on the delete link underFunction becausethis will delete every single Meeting under that Permit #. Instead, click on editand this will take you to the following page:

    3. To delete your meeting, click on the hyperlinked Project Name and confirmyour action.

    What are Permits?Permits are the numbers given to each scheduling session. A schedulingsession is when a client books one or multiple meetings at the same time.
