PRO Training is a complex of theoretical modules and practical sessions. Theoretical part should be no longer than one week, followed with the written test. Once test is passed, it will be continued with practical sessions in one of our hotels, depends on position that Candidate applied for, and should not be longer than seven days as well. Preliminary Screening

Short listing and Selection

Resume Presentation / Reference Verification

• We will present your organization with the candidate’s resume, in a format we find proven to be easy to follow and compare

• Reference checking is a mandatory component of our recruitment process. It is our policy to conduct a minimum of 2 reference checks per candidate and a reference check will only be conducted with the relevant senior staff

Monitoring the Process• Our candidate care program is designed to give candidates as

well our client’s feedback on the progress of the candidate’s appointment. If any issues are identified, our designated Associate may discuss directly with your organization

• Guidelines are developed in collaboration with the client

Terms and Conditions

• As a preferred supplier, we will offer your organization a competitive engagement fee.

• Please note, that Pro Crew Recruitment do not charge applicants for any recruitment and placement services.

• Training will be conducted upon Client or Candidate request only, and there is a one time fee.

Client Relationship

Located in the heart of the city, just a minute walking distance from the main train and bus station, Crew Lounge is a comfortable classroom with 40-50 seats, with high speed internet connection and all necessary

accessories, it is a perfect place for presentations and trainings. Separately, there are two offices for one on one interviews and paperwork process. Also, in agreement with Client, we are providing catering services during
