Churches all over the world face many different problems.

Why so many problems?

One reason is because they are not focused on winning souls.

Souls all around us are lost! Romans 3:23

We too must seek to save the lost… Luke 19:10 Many obsessed with the world and fleshly desires…

Luke 12:13-21 We must recognize the readiness of our mission…

John 4:35; Mark 16:15-16 We ought to follow the faithful examples… Acts 8:4 Let us consider and learn from the numerous

problems that are solved by a true focus on soul winning!

Many wonder and ask, “why are we not growing”?

Action = Reaction:

Teachers convert… the knowledge outputs are needed for input! 1 Corinthians 3:6-9

We must quickly share… John 1:40-41 How to fix… …by being “Soul-Conscious”

A concerned Christian prays. Many do not pray as they should. 1 Thes. 5:17

Pray for souls to be saved… Romans 10:1-4 Pray for all and desire for all to be saved…

1 Timothy 2:1-4 If you are seeking the salvation of someone

you will spend time talking to God about it!

There will be no need to plead for members to attend every service when they are soul winners.

God’s kingdom (the church) and His righteousness are to be your top priorities! Matthew 6:33

A faithful Christian will speak and live the truth! James 2:12

Yet many do not attend as God has commanded! Hebrews 10:23-31

God’s fiery wrath awaits those who forsake.

When one is soul conscious they will not concern themselves with unimportant mistakes of others, etc… Phil. 2:14-15; 1 Tim. 6:3-4

…But will be concerned with their salvation… Luke 19:7-10

Should have the spirit of saving lives not destroying them… Luke 9:54-56

We cannot teach what we do not know therefore if we want to teach others we will study… Romans 2:21

We will use every opportunity to learn more… This requires diligent study and application to

self first… 2 Timothy 2:15; Acts 17:11 It does not take much knowledge to be a one

hour a week member… we must study to show ourselves faithfully approved unto God.

Let us grasp the importance of eternal salvation! 1 Jn. 4:19

We will have a great care for those who are soul winners and a closeness to those seeking to be taught… 2 Cor. 5:14-21

It is urgent that we always remember God’s love for us… John 3:16

We too must show this kind of love… 1 Timothy 4:16

And so many more… The big need among brethren,

become soul conscious!!! Souls all around are dying without the

Lord. What am I doing to reach them? What about your soul at this point? Is it right with God? If not, why not? It can be you know? Obey the gospel

of Christ. Acts 18:8; 2:38; 8:37

No time for petty problems and hurt feelings when each member is striving to save one another. Philippians 2:3-4

There is something more important than having your own way! Romans 14:19

A soul winner will realize the importance of setting a good example!

He or she will do nothing to discourage another from following God’s path. Matthew 5:14

There is no questionable practice in the life of a soul winner. 2 Cor. 3:2-4

Living true to their confession… 1 John 2:6

No place for a loose tongue in the life of a soul winner!

Too concerned about saving others rather than tearing them down.

Have speech with grace… Colossians 4:6 Soul winners will use no corrupt words but be

edifying… Ephesians 4:29-32

The soul winner will accept their responsibilities!

No desire to let someone else do MY WORK. John 9:4

Will not blame failures on someone else… Phil. 2:12-13

No need to plead with people to work when they are soul winners… Luke 10:2; John 4:34-38

“Into OUR hands the gospel is given…”

Much is required. Mark 16:15

No need to plead for Bible class teachers, or someone to do the work when ALL are soul winners.

When the congregation is focused on winning souls there will be no need to ask them to give as they have prospered. 1 Cor. 16:1-2

One who is soul conscious will give bountifully and freely. 2 Cor. 9:6

A soul winner will prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God by their actions… Romans 12:2, 8

They will always want to meet their obligations when concerned.

God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. James 4:6

A soul winner will be looking out for the others interests over their own. Phil. 2:3-4

God teaches us, “Live in harmony with each other. Do not be arrogant, but associate with humble people. Do not think that you are wiser than you really are” (Romans 12:16 ISV).

There will be no big I’s and little you’s, all are seeking the same results, saving souls!

Nothing to do would dissolve! There is always someone who needs our

attention. Zeal + Work = No Boredom. Romans 12:11 The harvest is truly great but the laborers are

FEW… Luke 10:2

And so many more… Souls all around are dying without the

Christ. Rom. 10:17; Acts 18:8; 2:38; 8:37
