INGREDIENTS

• 1½ cups flour• 1½ teaspoons baking powder• ¼ teaspoon salt• 1¾ cups milk• 1 egg, very lightly beaten• 2 tablespoons melted butter.

STEPS

First, whisk together dry ingredients.

Second, add milk slowly, beaten egg and melted butter.

Then, beat batter for 2 minutes and drop by spoonfuls onto a well greased hot waffle

iron.

After that, bake until steaming stops.
