Suggested Procedure for a Writing Lesson

This article provides a structured procedure for presenting a TEFL writing lesson which may be used in conjunction with any writing

task including letters, narrative writing, descriptive writing, etc.

An attempt to describe a framework for the development of writing skills does not assume

that this is the only way to structure or approach a writing lesson.

Here is a suggested procedure for dealing with a writing skill lesson which I have found

to be both effective and motivating for students.

The teacher will begin the lesson with a Warmer activity and conclude with Revision.
