LB 95 Process
The prescriptions are faxed or mailed to LRC or NRC Pharmacy and paperwork is
sent to LRC Financial Responsibility OfficeTimeframe for receipt by pharmacy: 1 to 7

LRC Pharmacy or NRC Pharmacy staff notify the FR Office that scripts have
been received for a person not currently receiving assistance.

The FR Office checks for completed paperwork and makes a determination

Each fiscal year, a person completes the financial packet and sends it to the FR Office

Lincoln Regional Center patients eligible for LB 95 upon discharge are identified by their social worker prior to discharge. The social worker initiates the enrollment process and the FR office determines eligibility prior to discharge. The admissions office is able to activate an outpatient episode in the software system and the pharmacy is able to prepare a month's supply of LB 95 medications to send with the patient upon discharge. If the patient will reside in a region serviced by NRC, the transfer of prescriptions takes place within the first month post-
