PROCESS FLOWCHART LB 95 Process The prescriptions are faxed or mailed to LRC or NRC Pharmacy and paperwork is sent to LRC Financial Responsibility Office Timeframe for receipt by pharmacy: 1 to 7 days Timeframe for paperwork to FR Office: 1 to 7 days LRC Pharmacy or NRC Pharmacy staff notify the FR Office that scripts have been received for a person not currently receiving assistance. Timeframe: 1 to 3 days The FR Office checks for completed paperwork and makes a determination of eligibility Timeframe: 1 to 7 days Each fiscal year, a person completes the financial packet and sends it to the FR Office Prescriptions are filled and mailed out Timeframe: 1 to 3 days Eligible? Yes A person receiving community-based mental health services in Nebraska seeks assistance with medication costs Eligible? No Email is sent to appropriate Admissions office and Pharmacy for activation in software system Timeframe: 1 day Lincoln Regional Center patients eligible for LB 95 upon discharge are identified by their social worker prior to discharge. The social worker initiates the enrollment process and the FR office determines eligibility prior to discharge. The admissions office is able to activate an outpatient episode in the software system and the pharmacy is able to prepare a month's supply of LB 95 medications to send with the patient upon discharge. LB 95 Process

The prescriptions are faxed or mailed to LRC or NRC Pharmacy and paperwork is
