I started working at American Airlines since December 1998, exactly 13 years ago I retired on November 29, 2011, file my papers for retirement with the anticipation that the company had require it this way to do things right, now I have 61 years old, and I had to move back to Peru, where I grew up, the reasons why I took this determination, it is because I knew that with the amount of money that was to receive my pension, I would not be possible stay in the U.S. (like many of you know the reason). be these years of working on the ramp my back and my knees started to affect me, and that was the most important reason to take time to retire before my actual retirement.At the time I started to process my retirment there was what we know as "Level income", was this the option I chose, unfortunately the same day after American Airlines filed for bankruptcy, reason why I had to refill all the forms one more time, with the only alternative to choice the Single Life Annuity option, this meant to redo all the papers once again plus also Joint and Survivor 50% annuity, as if they something happened to me my wife, at least would have a little money to help her self.this new action was mean more delay in the payment of my pension.

As indicated in your recent contacts with the Benefits Center, your pension has been set up with an April 1, 2012 start date and will include retroactive payments for the months of December, January, February and March. The expectation is that you will receive two paper checks during the first week in April. One check will be the four months of retro payments and the second check will be the regular April payment.

If you have not received your checks by Friday, April 13, 2012, please notify HR Services at 1-800-447-2000, Option 1, Option 3.

After the endless chat, xxxx explained that HR needed the "Final decrre divorce" from my previous marriage, I explained that these documents had sent three times, the answer I got was that my divorce papers were not complete, that it is not real.

The Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida Family Division,

They sent me the "Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage (MSA) (no children)(Attached copy of the court documents)

The answer I got was that those documents were incomplete?? missing a page?? What in the copies attached, you will see that?

The "Final divorce decree", which equals the dissolution of marriage, is that the "Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage" is just tokenism? For that to my knowledge "is the signature of the judge," and "certification of the STATE OF FLORIDA, COUNTY OF DADE"

-In short I have to reapply to the court by another document that of this?

Even when I keep waiting to give me my pension?

- Why they wait for the last minute to tell me They are looking for another document (Divorce papers)?

-Because they do not know who I am in a chat, when we have to give the # of employees?(Are you a Pilot?)???? that lack of seriousness and desconcideracion with the person you are asking about their situation.

– Question: How long more will be taken to give me my pension?

-They should know that Final Judgment of Disoluttion of Marriage means that I'm divorced.
