Yamato’s ADL-311S does not require the liquid sample or solution to undergo any pre- or post-processes such as filtration, separation, or pulverization. The use of organic solvents is fully supported with the attachment of our GAS-410 organic solvent recovery unit. Small, expensive and/or heat sensitive samples can be dried quickly and efficiently with this easy to operate system.

Yamato’s GB-210 does not require the liquid sample or solution to undergo any pre- or post-processes such as filtration, separation, or pulverization. The use of organic solvents is fully supported with the attachment of our GAS-410 organic solvent recovery unit. The biggest difference between the GB and ADL is that the GB-210 can support two different glassware sets - one for spray drying and the other for granulation.

The DL-410 is a larger capacity spray dryer that also does not require the liquid sample or solution to undergo any pre or post-processes such as filtration, separation, or pulverization. The use of organic solvents is fully supported with the attachment of our GAS-410 organic solvent recovery unit. Small, expensive and/or heat sensitive samples can be dried quickly and efficiently with this easy to operate system.

Requirements

The GAS-410 (CE) organic recovery unit allows for use of organic or non-water based sam-ples to be spray dried safely. This unit can also be used with aqueous samples that require nitrogen gas to be processed, for example when preventing oxidization. The GAS-410 is also easy to set-up, use, and maintain.

This unit is required to run any organic solvent based samples through a Yamato spray dryer. The GAS-410(CE) allows for efficient collection of the solvent through the cold trap system, which prevents any damage to the spray dryer during sample runs.

Yamato’s PR Series is an all inclusive solution for your laboratory plasma cleaning requirements. Using a PR series plasma cleaner is advantageous for a wide variety of manufacturing operations that require removal of many types of contamina-tion including organic residues, polymer coatings or build-ups, waxes, metals and metal oxides, fluorine and other halo-gens. Since plasma cleaning involves removing impurities and contaminants through the use of energetic plasma created from gaseous species, samples are left without any water marks or stains. DNF Series

The DKN ovens have built in exhaust ports which can be used for several different purposes, including the use of in-ternal temperature sensors (thermocouples) which use external temperature readers or recorders. Models DKN-302C, DKN-402C/412C, and DKN-602C/612C are fitted with observation windows so that the samples inside can be viewed at anytime. All DKN ovens are programmable.

The DNE series ovens are each equipped with a simple key input system and a multi-functional controller which makes usability much more user friendly. They achieve an energy-saving rate of 30 to 40% compared to other convection oven models. All DNE models have an external communcation device and temperature output terminal. The DNE-400 and DNE-600 models are stackable.

The DNF series ovens achieve an energy savings rate of 30-40% as well. These high performance “green” ovens are equipped with air velocity controls and exhaust dampers. Operability is also enhanced with the slider-type open/close adjustment knob on the front side of the main unit.

The DF series fine ovens are recognized for their sturdy structure and high temperature control and distribution accu-racy. All of the DF models are controlled by PID controllers.

The DH series models DH-411 and DH-611 have a higher maximum temperature of 360° C and the larger capacity models the DH-811 and DH-1011 have a maximum temperature of 300° C. All models have a temperature control ac-curacy of ± 0.2° C.

DP Series

The ADP series is perfect for drying that requires a conditions that has decreased amounts of oxygen. The ADP series ovens are customizable with nitrogen gas inlet and communication ports.

The DP series is great for laboratories that need larger sized vacuum ovens. This series is built with storage space under the oven perfect for vacuum pumps and instruction manuals. Just like the ADP series the DP ovens are ideal for dry-ing that requires a conditions that has decreased amounts of oxygen. The DP series ovens are also customizable with nitrogen gas inlet and communication ports.
