The Stellar 1184-14 OTR offers several of the same features as the 1184-Mini on a larger 20,000 GVWR chassis and adds an extra 3 feet of cargo deck.

The Stellar 13500 OTR crane together with the TM6116 Tire Manipulator can handle tires up to 116” diameter and up to 6,000 lbs.. A true workhorse, this versatile crane is an entry level large capacity crane.

Designed to do it all without break-ing the bank, ORO fleet sides give big service truck capabilities to a standard pickup truck. Ideal for small tire changes, tire transport, and diagnostics, fleet side pickups are equally suited to both larger fleets and one-man operations. The 138-15 mid-size OTR is the ser-vice truck of choice when a mini-OTR is not quite large enough. The 15-foot long body is available in either a flatbed or rack side configuration allowing for a combination OTR, fleet and AG service vehicle. This package provides 8,500 pounds of legal payload and enough capacity for 40 large truck tires. The 138-215 also features 80 cubic feet of tool storage – the most available in the medium OTR body series. STELLAR® 9000 OTRA solid OTR body with plenty of features, storage, and payload .

The Stellar® 9000 OTR series body features a rugged, heavy-duty 15-foot steel flat bed with over 60 cubic feet of tool storage throughout its built-in storage compartments.

The 9000 OTR is equipped with a model 9000 hydraulic knuckleboom crane. This crane comes standard with fully proportional radio remote control. The hexagon-shaped second-ary and extension boom sections greatly increase boom strength and rigidity over competing square-shaped booms, greatly reducing boom sway and bounce.

The 9000 series easily handles tire sizes up to the 36.00-51 mounted narrow base and 50/65-51 wide base tires (crane only). The performance of the 9000 OTR series can be enhanced

by the addition of the TM4110 Tire Manipulator, which can safely handle a variety of OTR tires up to 110 inch in diameter, or 4,600 lbs.

The TM4110 Tire Manipulator offers 140° of articulation and 240° of body rotation. This allows the operator to work in a variety of conditions without sacrificing speed or safety. A wide range of clamping distances gives the TM4110 Tire Manipulator the ability to service fleets with small to medium sized OTR tires.

STELLAR® 9000-RS OTRA rack side body and tire manipulator combination for greater productivity .

The Stellar® Aggressor 9000-RS OTR package features a rugged, heavy-duty 15’ steel OTR rack side body with over 60 cubic feet of tool stor-age throughout its built-in storage compartments. The driver side rail folds away for ease and safety of loading tires and the body features large signboards on both sides.

When mounted with the Stellar® TM6116 Tire Manipulator, the 13500 OTR crane can handle tires up to 116” diameter and up to 6,000 lbs. Without the TM6116, the 13500 OTR crane can lift 13,500 lbs. @ 10’ from the centerline of the crane’s rotation.

STELLAR® 17000 OTRA heavy duty OTR body and crane package for serious tire service .

Designed from the ground up to provide maximum lifting performance and solid stability, the Stellar® 17000 is the largest OTR crane in the industry allowed on a single axle truck. It also offers over 18’ of stabilizer spread to keep your truck stable.

When mounted with the Stellar® TM7120 tire manipulator, the 17000 OTR crane can handle tires up to 123” in diameter and up to 7,200 lbs. With-out the manipulator, the 17000 OTR crane can lift 17,000 lbs. @ 10 feet and 10,000 lbs. at 17 feet from the centerline of the crane’s rotation.

The 17000 OTR crane offers 320 degrees of rotation by utilizing a top mount planetary gearbox rotation system. By top mounting the planetary gearbox, you’ll experience the smooth, powerful performance of planetary drive with unsurpassed ease of service.

The integral stabilizers use a fold down design with a wide stance to give ex-cellent stability regardless of whether

the crane is mounted on a single or tandem axle chassis. This stabilizer system also allows for easy access to service all cylinders and hoses.

The 23000 OTR series is the truck to turn to when you need a reliable and dependable service truck. The 315-degree crane rotation is carried out through a turntable bearing with a high torque planetary gear reduction system. The hexagon-shaped secondary and extension boom sections substantially increase boom strength over compet-ing square-shaped booms, ensuring solid performance.

The performance of the 23000 OTR series can be further increased with the addition of the TM12154 tire manipulator. The TM12154 increases versatility and productivity while pro-viding a safe method for handling any

The 23000/TM12154 is designed to work in mine and construction sites worldwide. The unique parallelogram design of the tire hand gives the TM12154 clamping widths from 48” to 154”. The Stellar® 28000 OTR series tire service crane is built to meet the needs of tire service technicians who need something that can handle it all. A durable 320 degree turntable rotation system driven by a worm gear / pinion system ensures rock solid rotation performance. This crane features a lifting capacity of 28,000 lbs. at 10 feet and 17,200 lbs. at 16 feet (without a tire manipulator).

Stellar’s® modified A-frame outrigger design is an industry first. The Stellar 28000 OTR offers the stability and durability of A-frame outriggers with the reach of out-and-down style outriggers. By modifying the A-frame geometry and using dual cylinders, we are able to allow A-frame stability at differing outrigger widths.

The TM16160 tire manipulator offers over 143 degrees of articulation and

315 degree rotation, along with 360 degree, continuous rotating pads. With a clamping width of 160”, the TM16160 can easily handle tire and tire/rim combinations up to 16,000 lbs. The unique parallelogram design of the TM16160 tire hand not only gives it considerable clamping width, but also the ability to clamp tires as small as 56”.
