You can now easily setup product choices (known as Dynamic Kitting). Your business will be flexible to the product preferences of diners and bundle these into one value meal or package.

Setup item in Product Master.Add new product (e.g. Value Meal 1, Combo Meal A)

Enter UOM and price. For Product Type, select Choices. Then click Product Choices to choose components.

In Product ChoicesClick Add to go to Product Choice Setting.

Click Save when done with every group. Add as many groups you want to incorporate into a meal bundle.

Once done, click Save.

Note: Sequence of screens follows the sequence of how you added the groups. If you wish to insert something, you need to remove and re-encode.

In Product ChoicesOnce meal bundle is finalized, click Simulate Choices to see a sample of how it will go in a transaction.

Then enter number of orders to simulate then click OK.

Note: You have an option not to fill up the choices of the groups as requested by diner. In this case, simply click on F12 to move on to the next screen.

Select the table/party room assigned to the customer/s. Once selected, click Add Orders on the right panel and choose your value meal or

combo meal (in this example, we choose Value Meal 299)After clicking Add Products, the screen will be the same as the one in Simulate Choices

After you have entered the customer order, it will appear on the right panel of the “Dine In” tab. Automatically, the table assigned to the customer will be occupied.

To check breakdown of order, click on the Order Sheet on right panel.

You can check if the orders are correct and the outstanding total for the table. You can also adjust customer count in “# Pax” button. Once all orders are in and final and the table calls for check, simply click Settle.

Product Choices are presented as single line. Note: You cannot perform F9-Repeat to repeat last quantity.

When editing the product, some options are disabled.

Since the price has been computed together with different add-ons, you can no longer change sell price, quantity and unit of measure.

Shows the product and its composition together with the add-on computation.

Receipt Printing

In Headquarter System, go to Sales Report and select Sales Transaction List. Select the line with the chosen transaction.

The record will likewise show how product choices are lumped together.

In Headquarter System, go to Sales Report and select Sales Summary by Product. Set filters.

You can view sales report by parent product (in this case, Value Meal 299.

You can also see report by composition of a Value Meal.Note: Composition will have no total price since it is aggregated to the parent. However, for add-on products in a meal, it will show in the price column
