BroadWorks Meet-Me Conferencing Overview The BroadWorks conferencing application provides HD audio conferencing for any HD capable audio endpoint, for both reservation-less and scheduled conferencing. The easy-to-use web-based moderator client, used for either type of conference, can be launched from within the portal or from the Microsoft Outlook add-on, and can be used to view, manage or add participants during an active conference. Conference hosts can include a “Call Me Now” option in their meeting invite. When a participant logs in as a moderator, they are given additional functions including locking and unlocking the conference, recording options, inviting new participants, and more. The reservation-less meet-me conferencing service allows participants to dial into an existing bridge number at any time without scheduling or operator intervention, while the scheduled conferencing option is designed to support the need for recurring or future conferences. The conference initiator can schedule conferences via the BroadWorks web portal or an easy-to-use Microsoft Outlook add- on, and notify participants via the Microsoft Outlook generated PRODUCT DATA SHEET email invite.
