SikaGrout® Pack-1TEMPORAL SEALANT FOR LOW PRESSURE INJECTION SYSTEM

DESCRIPTIONSikaGrout® Pack-1 is solvent free, non-staining, one-component, silicone polymer based sealant, which is specially designed for repairing cracks in concrete con-struction.

USES As a Part of SikaGrout® Plug Low Pressure Injection System.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONSSUBSTRATE QUALITY

Prior to the application of SikaGrout® Pack-1, Surface must be clean and sound.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Coated face-Remove the coating from repairing area. Exposed Concrete treatment with Sika GroutPack® -439 reduces traces of temporal sealant.

APPLICATION

Extrude SikaGrout® Pack-1 and seal along with the line of crack, and press Sika GroutPlug® -A applicator firmly onto the sealant. The plug must be placed with-in the tack-free time. Allow temporal sealant to cure as per the recommendations before injection of resin.
