Introduction to Foresight Foresight is the evolution to a next-generation OSS platform. It is a network intelligence platform with predictive analytics and visualization that provides users a single point of access to coverage and capacity related information which helps to develop deep understanding of network, gain operational insights and enhance performance. Thus, the platform ensures an efficient, reliable and profitable network for overall greater customer experience. The Foresight platform offers a fully-developed infrastructure sized to handle massive data volumes and transactions, allowing CSPs to handle the continuous growth in data due to increased bandwidth speeds, mobile devices, sensors etc., thus, providing ease of scalability.
Product Context Multi-technology, multi-vendor, and multi-layer networks are not only complex to design and manage but also require a special skill set. The telecom industry is already witnessing increased competition, growth in data demand and decreased ARPU.
Foresight is a consolidated intelligence platform that detects network loopholes before they unfold into larger operational issues and bottlenecks. It acts as a single screen, single login and single point of access for all network elements. It offers a fully open-source platform to handle massive data volumes and transactions, allowing telecom operators to handle the continuous growth in both network complexities and customers. With this multi-functional platform, operators are capable of handling even the most complicated multi-domain, multi-vendor, and multi-technology communication systems.
Foresight platform provides an end-to-end network lifecycle management from planning, managing, and optimizing to upgrading networks. It provides distributed processing, meaning that it can be spread across processing units for scalability and performance.
Closed Loop Automation: Foresight maximizes network efficiency and minimizes unexpected costs by integrating Closed Loop Automation process.
