Tuff-trac Rubber Tracks have been designed and developed to meet the challenges of the most demanding applications and to provide unrivalled durability in all working conditions. Using state of the art manufacturing techniques in environmentally controlled conditions, Tuff-trac Rubber Tracks are produced to the highest standards.

Tuff-trac Rubber Tracks are manufactured using rubber compound formulas developed over many years, giving optimum anti-abrasion properties and the natural/synthetic rubber blend ensures consistent quality and superior overall performance.

Tread designs are the product of experience and testing to ensure maximum traction whilst providing reliability and durability. The forged steel drive links are inserted during manufacture to a precise pitch to ensure the smoothest running with minimal vibration. In addition to increased comfort, this results in a reduction in machine maintenance and increased traction.

RUBBERPADS

THE TUFF-PAD RANGE OF RUBBER PADS ARE EXCLUSIVELY MANUFACTURED FOR SPS AND ARE AVAILABLE FOR TRACKED EXCAVATORS FROM 5-30 TONS.

This unique system of heavy duty rubber pads allows you to retain your existing steel tracks for use on rough terrains whilst enabling them to be converted to rubber when working on surfaces which must not get damaged.

Easily fitted in minimal time, this system allows you to interchange between steel and rubber depending on site conditions without ever changing the tracks.

TUFF-PADS ARE AVAILABLE IN 3 DIFFERENT STYLES AND IN A NUMBER OF SIZES.

BOLT ON PADS

Bolt on pads are very popular for excavators which have bolt holes pre-drilled in the steel pads and are available in various sizes.

Please have available for us the width of the steel Track Pad and bolt hole spacings as shown in fig. B & C on page 17.

CITY PADSThese pads are different from other types in that they are bolted directly on to the Track chain using track bolts in the same way that a steel track would be.

CLIP-ON RUBBER PADSClip-on type Rubber pads are available for use when you do not have pre-drilled bolt holes in your steel pads.

THESE VERSATILE PADS ARE AVAILABLE FOR A WIDE RANGE OF DIFFERENT MACHINES.

In order to identify which clip-on pad you require it is necessary for us to know the following information:

At Mainline we understand the importance of a fast and reliable delivery service and we have chosen to work with premium carrier companies to ensure that your goods arrive at the required destination on time.

Our highly efficient sales staff together with our dedicated warehouse team ensures that all orders received before 4pm are delivered where possible the following day.

As well as Next Day delivery we do offer the option of timed deliveries where downtime is required to be reduced to the absolute minimum. For customers local to our warehouse in Nelson, it is also possible to collect goods if time is of the essence.
