STEP 1. CLIENT SURVEY
Because the white paper is already written, there’s more than
enough information for us to pull from. What we need most is
to understand your priorities. We’ll provide a short survey at
the start of the project that asks some pointed questions. This
helps us make good decisions when boiling down the content.
We’ll also ask some questions related to the visuals. For
example, are there any charts, graphs, or visualizations from
the published white paper that you’d like to incorporate? What
brand guidelines do we need to follow? Logo usage, typefaces,
colors, etc.
Once we’ve read the white paper in full and reviewed the client
survey, we’ll write up our recommendation for how to
structure the content. Think of it as our suggested outline.
We’ll deliver this to you in an interactive PDF document
complete with a short video of your Creative Director
personally presenting the outline. Then we’ll jump on a phone
call with you and your team to discuss, revise, and finalize the
outline before moving into production.
STEP 2. CONTENT REVIEW
We’ll handle all the elements of producing the video: write the
narration, record the voiceover, sketch the visuals, add music,
and weave it all together into the final mp4. The video will be
delivered to you and your team ready for release to your
audience.
STEP 3. VIDEO PRODUCTION
[OPTIONAL] Sometimes there are revisions to make to the final video.
Maybe a rewording of the narration at certain spots. Or
perhaps a visual needs to be changed. No problem. We account
for that in the process.
