Prolube Aglube HTX is an exceptionally shear stable hydraulic oil with excellent anti- wear, anti-foam, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidant properties. It has a very high viscosity index which prevents thinning out at high temperature.

Prolube Agtrans 410, 430 450 and 460 are sophisticated transmission oils which have been developed to meet a range of transmissions used in agricultural and off- road equipment. They meet the requirements of the very latest Caterpillar TO-4, Allison C4, Komatsu and also Eaton and Dana manual transmissions. Prolube Agtrans TTF is a high performance Tractor Transmission and Hydraulic Fluid, blended to meet the requirements of most modern Tractors and is suitable for application where manufacturers specify a Tractor Transmission Fluid. TTF also provides excellent frictional characteristics necessary to eliminate brake chatter or squawk in wet brakes. Prolube Automax CVT is a high performance multivehicle transmission oil for modern vehicles with Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT). PRODUCT

Prolube Brake and Parts Cleaner is a highly effective, solvent based liquid that has been specifically designed for cleaning brake and clutch parts. It is formulated from fast drying solvents that evaporate quickly, leaving parts ready for immediate reassembly. It is non-residual ensuring that no further cleaning is required. Brake and Parts cleaner is compatible with parts from drum and disk brakes and has no deleterious effects on rubbers used in the systems.

APPLICATION

Best results can be obtained by using spray applicators, typical pump up spray applicators are recommended. The product is highly flammable and should be used with care in safe environment.

Product Name: CATTLE RUB PRODUCT

Prolube Cattle Rub is a complex mixture of Paraffinic and Napthenic Hydrocarbons that when applied along the vertebrae and head area of cattle forms a barrier or film that is impenetrable to Buffalo Fly. There are no toxic or harmful chemical additives in this product and will not contaminate livestock that are ready for food processing.

APPLICATION

Cattle Rub can be applied by brushing spraying or applying to the many available cattle rub systems available on the market. Insecticides may be added to this product. However, you should research thoroughly the chemical composition and the effectiveness of the product before choosing to do so.

Product Name: PROLUBE CLEANPOWER PRODUCT

Prolube Cleanpower is an highly concentrated chemical that efficiently cleans the entire fuel system. Contaminants are finely dispersed to pass harmlessly through filters, fuel pumps and injectors. Cleanpower includes an upper cylinder lubricant for additional lubrication, as well as powerful anti-rust protection. Improved fuel atomization provides cleaner fuel combustion with less residue for deposit formation. Engine idle and operating performance is optimized and combustion chamber cleanliness improves.

APPLICATION

Prolube Cleanpower is simply added to the fuel either in bulk storage or as refuelling. Initial Dose. Simply add to the fuel (petrol or diesel) at 1:4000, eg 20mL in 80L fuel, 100ml in 400L fuel. Thereafter. With continuous use, rate should be halved, ie 1:8000, eg 10mL in 80L fuel, 50mL in 400L fuel.

APPLICATION

Prolube Food Machinery Grease is used in gearboxes, plain and anti-friction bearings in mobile machinery where the grease needs to flow to the point of application. Product Name: PROCUT NEAT CUTTING FLUID

PRODUCT

Prolube Procut is a heavy-duty straight cutting oil that is blended from highly refined base oils and sulphur and chlorinated wax-type extreme pressure additives. The additives ensure excellent surface finish to machined components and prolonged cutting tool life. It is non staining with excellent rust inhibiting properties and provides good surface finishes.

Viscosity Typical 75 cSt @ 40 oC APPLICATION

Procut can be used for medium and difficult machining of ferrous metals - heavy duty automatic machining, milling, broaching, gear cutting, hobbing, forming cold heading. It is usually used neat for heavy machining but can be diluted with light oil for lighter duty machining operations.

Prolube Proflush is a concentrated powder form cooling system flush and descaler. Proflush is highly effective in removing oil, grease, sludge, scale and other impurities in radiators or cooling systems. Proflush is buffered for use with aluminium components and contains other corrosion inhibitors to protect reactive metals in the cooling systems. Proflush is non foaming and is economical to use.

APPLICATION

Dissolve 200 grams of Proflush in warm to hot water and add to the cooling system. Leave in the cooling system for at least 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. For best results, leave the mixture in the system for 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Drain the contents of the system and thoroughly flush with clean water. Ensure the cooling system is completely flushed of Proflush. Add a new charge of coolant to the system. Prolube Progrease is a general-purpose lithium extreme pressure (EP) grease with anti-wear performance. It has outstanding rust and corrosion protection and excellent resistance to water washout. APPLICATION

APPLICATION

Prolube Prolithtac Grease is the prime recommendation for use in applications where high thermal resistance is required. These include automotive, industrial, mining, earthmoving and marine applications such as wheel bearings subjected to high temperatures and load caused by repeated and high speed braking in particular on disc brakes, chassis, high speed ball and roller bearings, pre-packed and sealed for life bearings in several heavy industries, boat trailer wheel bearings, water pumps, winches etc. and other applications requiring grease lubrication. Prolube Prolithtac Grease may be used where either soap based or clay based greases are recommended, particularly if rationalisation of grease types is required.

The recommended temperature range is from -25 oC to 175 oC, however Prolithtac Grease may be used at temperatures to 200oC with the lubrication frequency increased accordingly.

Prolube Syntegra Transaxle 450 is sophisticated, fully synthetic transmission oil that has been developed for use in Road Ranger transmissions and for automotive and industrial applications where extreme pressure properties are not required.
