Air management system
ModulAir® is an intelligent air management system that not only conserves fuel but also saves space on trucks and buses.

Consep is an efficient air pre-treatment system for trucks and buses.
› Increases cartridge life of air driers
› Removes up to 90 percent of all impurities and harmful substances

Protect-O Coupling heads with filter
Protect-O safeguards the trailer’s pneumatic system from dust, insects and other contaminants even if the coupling head remains uncapped.

Fleet+Trailer data analysis
Fleet+ brings transparency to trailer operation by analysing the conditions the chassis, axles and tyres have been exposed to and identifying areas for potential improvement.
› Provides information about vehicle use, such as brake performance, vehicle speed or axle load
› Designed as intuitive user-friendly system
› Presents instant data in graphical form
› Stores most recent trip data (up to 1,000 trips), which can be exported to a PC
Height sensor
The height sensor allows mechanical suspension vehicles to be fitted with Haldex EB+.
› Provides EBS system benefits, e.g. greater safety and less braking system wear
› Corrects braking action according to load distribution even in harsh driving conditions
› Improves vehicle handling
COLAS®+Raise and lower valves
COLAS®+ offers three functions in one: Reset to Ride, RoRo and dead man.
› Automatically resets trailer to drive position to prevent damage to trailer body and wheel suspension
› Includes Roll on Roll off (RoRo) to lock trailer in fixed position to prevent independent raising and lowering during transport
› Dead man function blocks raise/lower valve as soon as driver releases control lever when raising or lowering the trailer
ILAS®-E+Integrated lift axle system
ILAS®-E+ uses information from the EBS system to raise or lower the lift axle.
› Fast response due to high flow rate

TEM® Safe ParkingPark and shunt and pressure protection valves
For better everyday safety when coupling and uncoupling trailers. Also available in TEM® Safe Parking single knob version with dead man function.

The EGP (Engineering Grade Plastic) levelling valve is a level-control valve for single or dual channel air suspension systems.
