T. Design concept of Product
This product has been designed for the purpose of an easiest way of LED driver solution for various kinds of TFT LCD display based on LED backlight. Therefore the highest priority of design concept is the users’ convenience for having a correct LED driver on time. There are total 10 points on the PCB which are changeable by user easily. (8 numbers of TP/Tipping Point and 2 numbers of Resistor). All the users can take this LED driver with bare condition, i.e., nothing any touch up condition these 10 points. Then users can select these 10 points “as is” or “addition of short or open” for TP points and add a proper resistor with certain value for 2 resistors according to the model table on this spec file ( from the page 13 )
2. General
The supportable LCD display list will be updated continuously according to any new display models coming in the market. Another hand, any user can request to provide the changing point data for user’s target TFT LCD, if any. For more detail or special purpose when users need to get the end user’s approval, this document can be updated and added more details complying with user’s demand based on contract basis. In case of FPC or very similar kinds of special connection style, in other words, for some TFT LCD panels which have special LED power cable connection type, it needs to support another Daughter board for the interface conversion or to rework the PCB according to users ’ demand as an option, if any.
