Site Purpose & Details1. This will be a site I use myself for my products and services seen here:

http://www.cpiacademy.com/index.php2. I will also be re-selling this script as a product3. What makes this script different from others such as niche blue print, EZY

Gold and EZ Membership script is that it combines the best functions of each and ideally simplifies them focusing on the specific niche of individuals who wish to:

1. Sell their own products and/or services2. Be able to use fulfillment services to drop ship their e-products3. Meet new FTC rules and requirements4. Collect Tax information (W9) that must be filled out prior to

commissions being paid in order to remain tax compliant5. Allow them to establish up to 5 levels (or more if it can be done

economically) of commission structure (discussed in more detail later on in this document)

6. Provide as much easy customization as possible7. Be able to turn pages on and off (show/don’t show)8. Give the site owner the ability to allow people to join the site for free

as an affiliate only or require them to make a purchase before they can become an affiliate

9. To allow for the site owner to allow affiliates to receive random referrals or not.

1. If they do allow for random referrals, who can get them. They can set it so both Free and paid affiliates get them or just paid affiliates

10. SEO loves fresh content so I would like to be able to have public pages that can display RSS feeds from other sites.

11. Cross Selling is a great additional income generating capability, as such the site owner should have the ability to add Amazons, Click Bank or other store API in the Members Area ONLY that allows them to display complementary products

12. Site owners should be able to add as many custom pages as they like and then specify who can see them (like in the EZY Gold software) yet have the ease of use as in the niche blue print software

13. The info boxes on the left need to be customizable like in the niche blue print software

Site Details Continued1. What makes this script different continued from previous slide:

1. Site owners should be able to create as many landing pages they want all using the same autoresponder that should be build into the script in which they can edit the message. The base Landing page template would be blank with just the auto responder code available already on the page which they could easily move to another are within the page. Upon a person entering in their credentials they would be sent to the homepage

2. Have a customizable floating button on the index page saying whatever but allows the person to enter a name and email address

3. Sales saving feature upon closing browser, browser tab or navigating to another url

4. Automatic url redirection once member has logged out of account. Should be definable by the site owner in admin panel

like once a week, once a month, once a quarter, etc. This page would show a special offer the site is promoting for its own products and/or services or other products and services from other vendors. If accepted it should

be added to a shopping cart for payment. If it is another product or service, when the link is clicked they

would go to the new website in a new browser window.

Saving Sales/Affiliates

• At Any Time a prospect tries to navigate away from the site by entering a new url, closing a browser, etc when creating an affiliate account or during the purchasing process, their should be a window that pop’s up offering a special discount, that can be set in the admin panel, that can be applied at checkout for an additional discount. This function would work in conjunction with the coupon code function.

During Check Out• During check out the admin should be able to either allow

a onetime full payment or set up a series of smaller payments. For example:– The products together cost $500.– This should be offered as a onetime payment of $500

or 4 monthly payments of $135– This allows for individuals to purchase more expensive

items over time and saves sales. It also generates a little extra income as the payment plan format charges a little extra

• Processing fee’s (if set in the admin panel) need to be added

• Coupon code need to be added and the appropriate discount needs to be applied

• Depending on the products being offered, the admin needs to be able to offer fulfillment services. If they decide to offer fulfillment services, a box needs to appear saying, would you like a physical version of your products shipped to you for a modest fee of (that would have to be calculated based on what is purchased). All the purchaser would have to do is click the box for yes and the price would be added to the total.

• Taxes need to be added at each states rate• All of the above taken together give the

final price

Landing Pages• The admin should be able to add as many, or as few,

landing pages that they want.• These will be blank templates that will only have the auto

responder code for collecting first name and email address only.

• They can then enter whatever text, images and so forth they want to develop themselves or have done for them.

• The auto responder code will be the same for each landing page they add

• They will record the prospects info into the same AR sequence

• The AR sequence can be as long or short as the admin wishes.

• We need to provide the capability for the admin to create up to 10 follow up emails and allow them to set it whatever interval they wish

• This AR sequence will be different from the one used when a person becomes a free affiliate (assuming the admin allows this) or becomes a member via a purchase.

• Once a prospect enters the first name and email address, they should be redirected to the index page.

• The admin needs the ability to dis-allow certain email extensions if they wish. This would be set in the admin panel

The main menu bar needs to look nice. The format above is great however I am hoping you have a method where the style can stay the same, however a site owner can change the link names and the menu color to match their site design colors and page requirements. If this cannot be done please let me know as we will have to come up with another option that looks very clean and professional but will also serve the intended function

A new feature here would be a “Links” Info box. This box would display any current page links (I could choose which ones show and in what order in the admin panel) and any new (meaning additional pages added by the site owner) pages the admin has created. For example I mentioned I would personally like to be able to add some RSS feed pages to improve SEO rankings. So if I was using this script to sell my Six Sigma materials, I could add a page with RSS Feeds showing open Six Sigma jobs, another with Six Sigma industry news, another with different industry content. This would drastically increase my natural search engine rankings. I could then post those page links here, as well as any others I wanted to

The footer needs to be customizable and the orange RSS feed needs to be active so people can subscribe to the sites News or RSS feeds

The bottom page links also need to be customizable

The site owner needs to be able to change the copyright info at the bottom of the page

I think you biggest new development here with be the site map. We need to add some way of have a site map automatically created and updated as pages are added and removed via the admin panel. This will be a big SEO selling point

• The contact form should work as it currently does in the EZY Gold script or the EZ Membership Site Script

• The FAQ should work as it does in the EZY Gold script where you can add as many items as required via the admin panel and they are searchable via the search option on that page

• The news script and RSS feed should work as it does on the EZY Gold script

• The Register script and RSS feed should work as it does on the EZY Gold script

Website Functionality Continued – Products Page

•The current EZY Gold script makes it a formatting nightmare to get products displayed easily. This needs To change.

• I do like the way that you can create categories in the admin panel and then add products to the categories. This allows for easy viewing and searching on the public page. It also allows for that nice search feature, which is a drop down at the top of the page.

• However the order of the items are not displayed efficiently.

1. Keep the drop down search ability2. The “product box area” needs to be set up for easier product image placement.

Meaning when the site owner loads the product image, it should automatically format to the correct size and load under the product name.

3. The original price (in red) should show next the product name, followed by the current price (discount price as labeled in the admin panel) and then the box for entering in quantity

4. The product description should be to the right of the product image5. The Details link should be right next to the product name or directly under the

image, not at the bottom of the current product item section…it’s hard to find there

6. The add to cart button is all the way at the bottom of the page which makes it hard to find. There should be one after each product next to the box where the quantity is added

•On the details page, when the link is clicked for each product, again it is hard to format. The product image should be placed at the top centered. The text should go below.•Probably the best way to handle the website formatting issue is to provide an html template and then allow the site owner to use whatever editing tool they like and then copy and paste the code in a onsite code editor (id don’t know what the exact name is but they are using that on my Six Sigma Registry admin panel) so that it format the product are and details area without effecting the rest of the sites formatting…any thoughts?

Members Area• EZY Gold only allows members to see items that they

have purchased. Any item that is not a free bonus or has not been purchased by the member cannot be accessed and this is very important

• I like everything from the EZY Gold Members area. However it does need some items added from the EZ Membership Site Script:– It needs to be updatable like the EZ Membership

script. Meaning the admin needs to be able to add member pages, have those links show up in the User CP info box on the left and to be able to change the order in which the links are displayed

– The EZY Gold script only allows for banner adds of one size. Other size banner adds should be able to be loaded, such as 125x125

– EZY Gold script doesn’t allow for displaying pre-made email ads, viral thank you ads, Twitter Promo Tweets, pop up or pop under promo code (please see the admin panel for www.nothingbutbonuses.com/admin and click on the affiliates link to see what I am referring to

Members Area – BIG NEW DEVELOPMENT

• Due to US Gov’t acknowledgment that a lot of money is being made online today they are cracking down on membership sites and affiliate programs that are not following up on this correctly. As such BEFORE ANY AFFILIATE CAN BE PAID, they need to update their personal information to include an online W9 that they would have to sign. The best example for this is go to https://paypeopleonline.com/ and sign up for a free account. Then when the free account is established, see what information they require to be collected and see how they have you actually fill in a W9 online and then, using Java Script, allow you to actually sign it using your mouse! This is sooooo cool and really needs to be done.

• So once a person has all this on file in this software, then they are eligible to receive affiliate commissions after the “cooling off period” (this is the additional coding that needs to be done. The admin can set a time period for money back guarantees. For example if I have a 60 day money back guarantee, the affiliate will not be eligible to receive a commission check until after that 60 day period. The admin can set it to whatever time period is appropriate for their product guarantee) has occurred.

Members Area – BIG NEW DEVELOPMENT Continued

• In addition, this new programming also keeps track of each affiliates total sales so that when it comes to tax time at the end of the year, the site owner has all the W9 forms for all affiliates he/she has paid commissions as well as the total amount of commissions paid for deduction purposes. If the site owner is ever audited, they have all the legal back up required to show that the affiliates filled a W9 with them, that they have all the actual address and contact records and exactly how much was paid to each affiliate.

• Again, this is a very new concept but very important because other scripts do not have this.

Members Area – Continued

• In the EZ Membership script, at the top and bottom of each page is an add banner on rotator. These ads are set in the admin panel and are shown on each membership page.

• There are also 125x125 banner adds shown on the left side of each page in the members area.

• The referral builder is also a nice touch that should be added. This can be show or turned off. You can see it in the admin panel under the Referral Builder Link

• The admin should be able to add additional pages to the members area advertising similar or complementary products for cross selling purposes. For example I could add a custom page from the admins panel and make it viewable to members/affiliates only. On that page I could embed an Amazon or Click Bank API that would display a product type I set.

Admin Panel

• The admin panel of the EZ Membership site is easy to use however does not give all of the functionality of the EZY Gold Admin Panel or the Niche Blue Print Admin Panel

• The Admin panel to the EZY Gold site is a complete cluster f*ck and a pain to use (excuse my language but I am computer savvy and I’m about to throw my computer out the window when trying to use it)….that said it is powerful just not well though out.

• The Niche Blue Print admin panel is very well thought out, easy to use and powerful. However there is a lot more there going on then we need.

• That being said. This will be the hardest part to work out and will involve a lot of communication back and forth between all of us.

Admin Panel Key Functionality

• Be able to easily modify site design (header, footer, background, Info boxes on the left side of website)

• Be able to add and remove custom pages (public, members area, OTO, up sell, down sell and offers)

• Be able to turn pages on or off (show or don’t show)• Be able to add and rearrange page links in the members

area and in the Info box• Add product categories• Add product types• Upload products so they can be downloaded in members

area• Manage creative ads such as banners, promo tweets,

premade emails, premade news paper ads• Manage FAQ’s• Manage floating ad box on index page

• Be able to allow free affiliate accounts or turn that function off

• Set up auto responder copy and frequency for landing pages

• Set up/change auto responder account set up copy• Set up whether or not affiliate commissions will be paid

on OTO, up sell, down sell or special offers. If so, what percent

• Set up what percent commissions will be paid on each product type (affiliate commissions need to be by product and not the same amount for each)

• Set up how many levels deep commissions will be paid. This is another big one. One of the largest complaints about affiliate marketing is only the person who’s site the sale was made from earns commissions where other types of programs sponsors earn income as well. The admin needs to have the ability to determine how many levels deep they want to pay and how much for each level.

• When a person logs out of their members area, they should be redirected to another website. This website is set in the admin panel. See the EZ Membership site script for the code.

Admin Panel Key Functionality Continued

• Be able to monitize my 403, 404 and 405 pages. These default pages only come up during log in errors, trying to access a members area or typed in a wrong url. I want the admin to be able to monitize these sites. Meaning that if someone entered in a wrong url to the website instead of getting just a 404 error, they would get a nicely designed page, either the default website template or a custome page template that could say something like “it looks like you typed in a wrong web address while you are here why don’t you check out this secret offer or special offer”. See what I am saying? If not I can explain in more detail. This is something else that is very rarely, if ever, done.

• Again, this bares noting, the admin panel should allow the site admin to be able to customize page and image colors, link names/titles, page text, link order and positioning, adding and removing of pages, specifying what can be seen in the public area and what can only be seen in the members area, header image, footer image, background image, info box color/outline color and etc.
