1. Changes in OTA extranet (additional criteria without prior notice from OTAs) Hotel receives automated alert via CONTtest

2. Changes in hotel characteristics, amenities, seasonal offers (e.g., restaurant terraces) etc. Content updates via CONTtest to all employed channels (improves time to market)
