As a result of a merger on January 1, 2001, Bostik and Ato Findley became Bostik Findley.
Over the past three years Bostik Findley results showed great success.
TOTAL has decided to split the Chemical Branch into different entities giving us the opportunity to change our identity:
Total Petrochemicals, petrochemical operations and fertilizers. Specialties Group, combining Bostik (adhesives), Cray Valley and Sartomer
(resins), Hutchinson (rubber processing), and Atotech (electroplating). Arkema, a new business unit, encompassing vinyl products, industrial
chemicals, and performance products.
Effective October 1, 2004 Bostik Findley’s new company name and identity will be Bostik.
