At HuNet we can either work to your existing design or work with you on creating a concept altogether from “a blank sheet of paper”. We can design panels using your preferred electrical components or recommend the best components for your application and budget.
We are experienced and competent with many manufacturers of electric products to include: Schneider, Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, L&T etc.
As a first step, we review all customer documentation and identify potential inconsistencies that can become an obstacle to success. Our engineering services group creates detailed, dimensioned control panel layout drawings, bills of materials, including quantities and part numbers; and full machine, process, and panel one-line diagrams and schematics.
Once approved, we move into full production following our time tested quality procedures every step of the way. Our workmanship and attention to detail ensure that shipments are of the best quality and made exactly to your specifications.

• Delivered the Siemens RIO panel with 1- ET200M module, 2-DI, 2-DO, 1-AI, 1-AO modules for their Rolling Mill Project.
• Instead of that we installed their spare S7-300 PLC for temporary purpose. So that we can configure the ET200M module when the site is shutdown for 1day.
• Hardware configuration done in Simatic Manager software.
• Logic for those Inputs and Outputs are created as per their requirement.
• At the time of plant Shutdown, installed the ET200M module and Dump the same logic to the running PLC using Simatic Step-7 Ver.5.5
