These enhancements are a major step forward for facility-level personnel management. By capturing vital emergency
planning information and allowing assignment of passengers to quarters and facility roles prior to their arrival, we eliminate
the current need for multiple information sources (20-day outlook, electronic POB database, etc.). The Helipass Journey
Management Fabric seamlessly integrates these POB operations into the larger passenger lifecycle, helping to ensure the
safety and visibility of our workforce throughout their work journey.

building on the strength of
our Advanced Analytics
offering, Peer Insights™ gives our
subscribers a comparative view of their
performance against aggregated data
on regional peers in the areas of
carbon efficiency, asset optimization,
and supply chain performance.
Helipass Service Port Automation™ provides real-time data and process
assurance for passengers and cargo as they enter a service port for their
journey to a work site. Using handheld scanning technology, service port
personnel perform real-time manifest validation that’s integrated seamlessly with
the passenger and planning lifecycle. With the ability to “see” passengers and
cargo anywhere across the logistics landscape, Service Port Automation ensures
that all and only manifested items are part of the transport load plan. Full-color
trip information displays in service ports provide at-a-glance status information
for all planned trips, and bar-coded bags, carts, shelves, storage bins, and even
aircraft eliminate the risk of human error in safety-critical transport operations.

varying stages of design, analysis, or prototyping.
Our commitment to innovation is rooted in a spirit
of value-focused experimentation, with eyes turned
forward toward new technologies and emerging

changing supply chain space requires agility at all

A further step in eliminating disparate information sources in the planning environment, Long-term Planning is a bridge
between the work activities that generate passenger demand, their work requirements, and the logistics required to get theworkforce on-site. This planning layer is a critical link that will surface rich demand
information across the entire stream segment—including contractor organizations—
creating a lock-step that improves forward planning, reduces waste, and creates safe,
sustainable activity patterns.

Helipass has transformed supply chains through
unprecedented visibility and process integration between
operators and transport providers. Our Journey Management
Fabric™ was designed to integrate safe transport operations
with the planning processes that ensure crews arrive at work
sites safely, timely, and work-ready. The next step in our
product evolution will expand our product reach into the
contractor community that makes up a vast portion of the
energy workforce. By surfacing the same rich, real-time
information we do for our operators—including personnel-on-
board, upcoming trips and requests, crew change schedules,
long-term activity plans and their work requirements, etc.—we
intend to give contractors visibility into their “slice” of the
passenger community. With additional features targeting the
particular needs of contractor organizations—work assignment
tracking, vacation/availability schedules, and mobile app
features to help workers respond to work assignments and see
upcoming POB information—the Workforce Portal reflects our
commitment to a prosperous and sustainable energy
community across the GOM and beyond.
The Helipass Personnel-On-Board
(POB) service helps to keep our
workforce safe with always-on, real-
time information. Building on the capabilities in Helipass Long-Term Planning, this new
feature ensures assets are always compliant with on-
board emergency role requirements, forecasting and
surfacing emerging risks for proactive resolution.
