How to THE ICONIC’s service for Full Production?
THE ICONIC in-house production service was created with the aim of helping our sellers to get
their products live and up for trading on the website as quickly as possible.
To send a production request, simply follow the following steps:
1. Create your products (without images and content) in Seller Center.
2. Export & Complete the Production Sample Sheet
3. Create a booking via Seller Help Desk: Production Booking (attach the completed Production
Sample Sheet)
Note: Bookings for THE ICONIC Production Service must be made a minimum of 1 week in advance. The weekly
cut off for all bookings is 12pm Monday, for production the following week. Booking slots are prioritised on a first
come first serve basis.
Step 1- Seller Center

All SKU’s must be created in Seller Center prior to placing a Production Booking.
Items can be created by one of the following methods:
1. Manual product set up
2. Bulk import using the Product Creation template
3. Product set up via API integrations
Once SKU’s have been created in Seller Center they will be sent through to THE ICONIC for QC
approval. All products must be approved before continuing with the Production Service booking.
Important points to note:
-Please allow 1 business day for product QC approval.
-All SKU’s must be set as active (switched on) in Seller Center to flow through to QC review.
-All QC rejections must be fixed prior to placing your booking.

Click on the Production Service link.
Step 2 – Sample Sheet
Click on Production Sample Sheet – Eligible Products

7Add a filter – Data – Filter or CTRL Shift L

Filter by Creation Date Column A (if required) to find the products you wish to book in
8Filter by Variation Column H – This should be the sample size for the category

Your Sample Sheet can now be saved as an XLS and attached to your Production booking
ticket in Seller Helpdesk
Step 3 – Request Booking

Step 4 – Request Booking
Submit a booking request via the Seller Center Help Desk.

Once you have been successfully booked into our Production process, you will receive an email confirmation containing:1. The confirmed booking date/Expected sample delivery date2. Address of studio products need to be sent to.

You must send your samples on the sample delivery date communicated. All samples sent without confirmation or before the confirmed date will be returned back to the seller. Shipping fees will be charged accordingly.
Please allow 10 business days minimum for your samples to be returned to you.
Please Note – there is a minimum requirement of 30 SKU’s for Curvy & Maternity
bookings. Bookings not meting requirements will be put on hold till capacity is
available.

Below are the sample size’s required for Production. This is to ensure to continuity across the website. All other sizes will be rejected & returned to you.
‘For Unisex samples, both a small and medium are required’
Samples should be labelled properly with the brand name, colour name, style
name, style code (Supplier SKU) and size.
Step 5 - Delivery

Important things to note:
• Samples should not be damaged or dirty.
• All samples will undergo quality control during inbounding stage.
• Labels will be cut away during the photoshoot to ensure best image quality.
• The labels will not be retagged but will be returned in a plastic bag with the
samples.
• Samples must be packed neatly in boxes or cartons. In case where more than 1
carton is delivered, individual cartons should be labelled in ascending order.
Labelling Requirements:
• Information on the product tag must match SKU data on Production Sample
sheet & Seller Center. This includes- Product Name, Colour Name, Size,
Supplier SKU (Style Code)
