SQUARE T4 -08 & 12 KITS The Square T4 system is a series of square shoulder mills with a tangentially mounted insert offering 4 cutting edges on a 90° square shoulder mill. In addition, the tangential insert mounting method provides the strength and stability needed to elevate feedrates.

The Square T4-08, which uses a medium sized LOEX08 insert, can handle a depth of cut up to .315”. The larger Square T4-12, uses a bigger LOEX12 insert, and has a depth of cut capable of up to 0.500”.

SQUARE 6™ 04 & 08 KITS The Square 6™ (SQ6) system is a series of square shoulder mills that utilizes a trigon shaped insert offering 6 cutting edges on a 90° square shoulder mill. With six cutting edges, Square 6 is a cost effective tool for square shoulder milling, face milling and plunging.

The SQ6-04 is the smaller insert version with a diameter range beginning at 0.750”, and can achieve a maximum depth of cut capability of 0.157” and the SQ6-08 is the larger insert version with a diameter range beginning at 1.50”, and can achieve a maximum depth of cut capability of 0.295”.

TURBO 6 & 10 KITS For small diameter square-shoulder milling, Turbo 6 has no equal. The insert size is 6 mm, providing a depth of cut up to 0.197”. The diameter range begins at 0.375”, provides great performance, and is an economical alternative to HSS and solid carbide. For light-duty high-precision applications, Turbo 10 is the answer. In this series, this cutter uses a 10 mm insert capable of up 0.354” depth of cut and the diameter range begins at 0.500” diameter. Both solutions can perform multiple milling functions, including ramping and helical interpolation.

TURBO 12 & 18 KITS Turbo 12 is the number one first choice cutter for general-purpose square shoulder milling applications. The Turbo 12 uses a 12 mm insert that can reach depths of cut up to 0.433”. The Turbo 12 is ideal in all applications from low carbon steels to high-temp alloys. Turbo 18 provides the highest metal-removal rate, yet with its super- positive inserts, makes very good use of machine horsepower, even in demanding applications and difficult materials. DOUBLE OCTOMILL™ 05 & 09 KITSWhat does low cost mean to you? Do you have to sacrifice performance with low cost solutions? With the Double Octomill, cost per edge is quite low due to the 16 edges that are achieved on the inserts. The performance levels set the bar so we don’t have to give up performance.

TP1501 DURATOMIC® CHROME BALANCED PRODUCTIVITY Primarily applicable to workpieces made from softer, low-alloy steels, the TP1501 with Duratomic® technology, with its well-balanced properties, is the top choice for operations requiring high wear resistance and elevated cutting speeds. In fact, an estimated 20% of steel turning applications operate within the parameters that demand the grade’s properties.

TP2501 DURATOMIC® CHROME VERSATILE PRODUCTIVITY Designed for manufacturers focused on fast, reliable part production, TP2501 with Duratomic® technology is the top choice for roughing and finishing operations involving a variety of workpiece material requirements and unpredictable working conditions. In fact, an estimated 25% of steel turning applications operate within parameters that demand the grade’s properties, including those in ISO P25.

TP3501 DURATOMIC® CHROME offers long predictable tool life in unstable conditions where high edge security is needed and harder more wear resistant grades show unpredictable behavior. TP3501 also offers a level of toughness suitable for Stainless Steel applications.

TM2000 is the first choice for high temperature and high speed turning applications in stainless steel. It is a wear resistant and heat resistant grade designed to provide peak performance, high metal removal rates, and longer tool life with greater reliability.

TM4000 is a reliable grade for tough and interrupted cutting in stainless steel. The combination of the Duratomic® coating and the cobalt enriched substrate makes TM4000 a high productivity grade developed for maximized toughness in the cutting zone.

TS2000 A unique TiAlN coating, with improved coating adhesion, and a new edge preparation technique combined to give you increased speed capability, improved surface finishes and better tool life consistency.

TS2500 A tougher alternative to TS2000, also with the improved TiAlN coating. The added toughness of this grade offering fits better into a general environment where more security may be needed.

CP500 The universal grade is an ideal first choice for many applications in all materials.

CP600 A very tough PVD coated alternative to CP500. Works well in low SFM applications, and offers greater application security, especially in components with irregular surfaces. This grade handles interrupted cutting and scaled surfaces with ease.

TGP45 Duratomic® coating for high performance in steel and cast iron.

MP2500 (BASIC GRADE) CVD-coated grade featuring Duratomic coating. Basic grade for milling steel and easy/medium difficult stainless steel, with or without coolant.

F40M (BASIC GRADE) PVD-coated grade for fine to medium rough milling. First choice for milling with small feeds and/or low cutting speeds. Excellent for milling when there is a risk of vibrations and when coolant is used. Recommended for machining superalloys.
